+Scale Lily If you look at the replacement cost of parts/grills over a 10 year period, you're money ahead with the BGE. Our last $500 "commercial stainless" infrared grill lasted only 6yrs. And, that was only because we used the extended warranty plan and replaced about $300 in parts. Like a good set of knifes, good quality will last a long time and you'll be money ahead. The flavor and temperature control with the egg is incredible. Best grill we've ever used.
Great recipe amazing taste and easy. I let mine marinade overnight in then threw them on the big green egg.
