Absolute madman using that festool drill - you could buy a legit mixer for half the cost of that cordless festool

Hello there enjoying watching your videos 👍 what floor covering do you use?

Thanks Calvin Bates, I’m glad you like them. I’m just using rolls of hard wood protector (you can get them on line, eBay etc) it’s less sticky than the rolls of carpet protector. Then I tape the edges at roughly the finished wall level so there will be next to no scraping when it’s clean up time 👍

I notice your using a cordless drill to mix, what one would you recommend? Always imagined it would burn the drill out and was amazed when I saw this video.......top work lads 👌

Thanks Danny Arbuckle, yes sometimes it’s easier to use a cordless drill. The one I use is an 18v Festool cordless drill and it’s pretty good, if I have to mix up a lot then I’ll use a refina mega mixer. Dewalt do a decent looking cordless that I want to try but they are a bit pricey.

Using bucket trowels next to a rotating whisk? They should never be close together! Not safe working practices.
