Nick, I used a generic throttle that I picked up at a local hardware store - not the kind you would use on a minibike. That throttle mech is riveted right to the tank bracket. I wouldn't know where to get additional parts. Maybe you can pick up a different tank from ebay or somewhere else off the internet.
Hey my names nick, i just picked up one of these last week for a minibike i have it in the bike and fully running and going my only problem is the throttle mechancism. i am missing the lower mechanism behind the gas tank so i cannot run a cable down there so i am out of luck till i can get those parts. do you know where to get any? and what kind of throttle did you use? Thanks!
+Sylvester Allen Sorry to say, but there are many different ways to control these engines. It is usually based on the equipment manufacturer - in your case, Troy Bilt. You might have to research Pony Tillers to find out what kind of throttle cable they used. Thanks for watching.
Hello. You seem to knew the 130202 engine very good. I have on question concerning the rpm: Do you realy run this engine on 3600 rpm? It sounds very loud, so I want to install a new muffler... Thank you very much!
sblg43 OK - thank you very much! I run this engine on a scarifier. It only runs on one speed... So I will chose 3600 RPM. Or should I take a little lower RPM? Thank's again!
