Once the radio in my car went out and instead of replacing it right away, I reluctantly resigned to using that time to sort things out in my head. This ended up being very good for me.

Ben mentioned trying Papa John's while there, but so many delicious Korean foods we skipped anything American. Am now wishing we would have tried it. Wings look tasty! Definitely next year! I watch all bendeen vids regardless, but there's a big difference between these videos the past month or so vs from like a year back when it would be "I don't really have anything to talk about...peace" lol. Man I don't know what it is about it but I fucking love fried chicken. When I bite into some KFC chicken breast fillets dipped and covered in gravy I am in heaven. Then I move on thighs and drums and just tear into them like a caveman. Add a few hot wings on the side for variety. I even like their chips (or fries as americans say) and dip them in the gravy too. I never used to like it as a kid but these days I am obsessed with the stuff

But as you realised yourself you need to take a moment now and then to stop, let all thoughts out of your mind, let all need for stimulus and entermaintent exit your mind, and live 100% in that moment with nothing but the world around you. It works best when it's a quiet time of the day like sunrise or sunset. Just breathe in the air and smell the freshness, hear the birds, and rustling of leaves. The distant sound of tire tracks that are close enough that you can hear society but far enough that it's just a whisper. Take those precious moments.
