We have a Jeep Wrangler EcoDiesel come into the shop for several off road upgrades! And with the diesel Jeeps showing up more and more on the trails, we were excited for the opportunity to work on the build!

For the e brake cables, find a wrench that fits over the front opening and slide the wrench back towards the teeth, the cable will slide off easily

It’s the Chris & Beck Show! Crazy Chris and his camera antics and Buff Beck and her Built Builds! Nice job kids - “weld-done”! Jeeps are so much more complicated than they need to be. I imagine a “modern” body with all its comforts mounted on a stripped and built chassis, with fewer electric and computer gizmos but stronger and easier to work on. I use a box end wrench to squeeze the e brake cable clamps, slide it down the cable and tap it over the clamps to compress them
I love all the litebrite stuff but I’m really liking the Chris and Beck stuff, Chris is very knowledgeable and I like that Beck digs the mech stuff and she has a great smile

Video production is fantastic ! Chris is such a natural, informative and concise. LBN video’s have come so far from when Kev and Brit first started…….SUPERB ! I feel as though I’m watching a professional studio produced video ! It may sound like I’m kissing @$$, I’m serious ! I can’t believe there’s only a couple hundred thousand subscribers !

(CHRIS) just a FYI harbor freight has a great riv-nut tool that works great. I’ve used mine for years and several, several times. It’s about $40-$50. It’s the bolt cutter style
The best way on blind nuts. Tighten the nut you have and not the bolt. Turning a bolt on the threads you are drawing in causes unnecessary stress on the threads.

Use a small hose clamp for the ebrake clip!!! Works wonders!!!

Separate channel from Lite Brite but with lots of corroboration. That would be awesome I think. I learn so much from each of you, Kevin, Brit, Bec, and Chris that I want more content from each of you.

There lies the problem sir, we (Bec and i) don't create enough content to release fast enough. These builds take a few days to complete. And to stay within the algorithm of TH-cam, we would have to post every week. We have a lot of other things going on that we have to work together. Bec and I also don't edit.... we are fabricators, not producers. That's why this works well for all of us.
Pheebs really needs some love. Any chance I’ll be seeing her at EJS?
She will be there. But I am gathering parts for her still. Maybe by the fall, she'll get blown apart.

So sick! Nice work! Do y'all ever worry about removing the fender liner except for the "shelf"? Like, catching damage from kicked-up rocks on the highway or branches etc out in the wild? Specifically with the coolers with fins (rad etc) and hoses/electrical.
tell them if they ever want to have a tune for it, check out Green Diesel Engineering out of Michigan. That guys a genius.

Wouldn't weldable primer been a good idea so the frame where you ground all the paint off isn't left exposed to any moisture that would get behind that slider mount?

Amazon had the nutcert tool for 25.00. I jumped on it a few years ago.
Nice Snapon tool's, sweet Miller welder, nice shop but no heat, WTF. You guy's need a used motor oil furnace or something other than an LP turbo.
Haha. One upgrade at a time. It is an insulated building, it warms up quick.
