This is a very good restoration done and stored well I spotted some common mistakes that restorers make - I worked on these cars and bought a 1966 GT fastback in April 1966 and still have it . Worked on them, sold them,and restored them and judged them in contour shows ( yes I’m old) still a great job

It was stored in Menlo Park CA most of its life, but not on purpose to save it this way. It just happened to survive in this condition by accident.

I would hit the rubber suspension parts with some AT 205 to rejuvenate the rubber.
I wouldn't trust driving this car with all those original but old and crucial for safety components.
