I loved the video - we came from aboard to look at the area. camino gardens is a true piece of heaven. The neighborhood is very peaceful & people are very friendly and always greet you. Unfortunately, In the past 2 years homes doubled in price and waterfront home tripled their value and it doesn’t seems to go down
Thank you for watching! Camino Gardens is truly a great community and there's so much history that people don't know about including it's own residents. The prices have gone up double and unfortunately it's gotten too expensive for many. For those that can afford it, it's a beautiful place to live.

Is the canal water salt, brackish, or fresh in that neighborhood?
Mostly brackish in the canals but as you get closer to the main intracoastal waterway it turns to salt water mostly

Looking at the map of that particular neighborhood, it would likely be brackish then.
