Dude, I hate to break this to you!! But it is like that in every small and big city!! From Detroit to Wheeling, West Virginia to Tennessee, Virginia, South Carolina, North Carolina you ain’t spouting anything now… sounds like you’re just trying to discourage more people from moving here.. Here's what typically happens. People move to Florida and are agast with high population traffic, but they forget most people come from places with worse conditions. Florida can be very hot. But again so are other places, and it must be said, over time your body does acclimate itself to Floridas weather. Again weather is a major factor in most states these days. Not to mention those places have earthquakes fires and floods. Even Cali is getting major floods these days. Northern states blizzards. Hurricanes is a natural occurrence. And usually their not as bad as even northern noreasters . Now Florida now has serious insurance issues. But hey.. ensure yourself thru your bank. Florida is mostly awesome, contrary to haters. You only realize this when you go back to your old state. Being reminded how those states rob you blind.

Good video. But you failed to make mention of the 55+ Cresswind Palm Beach community. With over 800+ homes once it’s built out, it’s a major section within Westlake. Note that they have their own resort clubhouse with an awesome pool, pickleball & tennis courts along with a fitness center. Maybe something to check out.

It’s ok, let them move down to Florida. We know something they don’t. So Do when they buy up the real estate, we can move up north and buy up theirs. They dont know Florida is flooding more and more due to rising sea levels. Also the weather is changing drastically not for the better. Good luck.

Im a Floridian. Im leaving. Screw this. Since half the country is moving here instead of staying in your crap states, life is unbearable if you are working class. People are rude. The rent has gone from approximately $700 to almost $3000 a month on $14 an hour. We live the law of supply and demand. The healthcare is the worst unless you are on a suicide mission. There is a doctor shortage and you will wait months to get an appointment. The landlords are unscrupulous. Youll never know your neighbor. I could keep on going. Just believe the negative comments unless you're rich. They are all correct.💯🎯

Try this: My efficiency apartment(no bedroom) in Illinois cost more per month then the house I just bought in central florida, It took a month of driving around and scouring the landscape to find but I did it and I'm now gaining equity and have more room than I ever did, my home insurance is a thousand a year, I found a great job working for the state and have more money in my pocket then I ever did in Illinois!
