I've been looking for a place to settle in Boca Raton for the past three years or so but the HOAs and other fees scare me up. Thank God I watched your video today to make my move to one of the places without HOAs. However, I would like to know if one still has to pay for those golf courses or the one time fees associated with Boca Raton.
I was in Florida about a month ago and drove to Millpond and Timbercreek off St Andrew’s. First of all...love St Andrew’s Blvd! Feels like LA with the palm trees. Second... Millpond and Timbercreek feel like fairy tale streets with all the trees covering the road the way they do 😍 Prices in Boca and in FL have ballooned since you made this video a year ago. I m stalking those areas to see if prices normalize a bit lol
Yeah, I'm working on an updated video with prices being the way are right now. We're seeing upwards of a 30% increase year over year in some areas down here. We have seen a slight decrease in inventory recently but the median sale prices are continuing to rise. I'll be sure to make an update when it starts to turn. 👍
Reaching my 2 year mark at my commissions based position in July and considering moving to FL from AZ to buy my first house. My company has a Palm Beach office I could possibly transfer to. Will be scheduling a call once I decide! :)
We call it ‘Strata Fees’ in Canada 🇨🇦. This usually only applies to Condos and Town houses that are owned. Rentals are not charged strata fees here in Canada. I’m just pointing it out for reference…
looking for a dense urban community, not a bedroom community. it is like a place for families I thought it was pretty boring with a sleepy feel esp in the downtown area and the mall was empty. its really a place mostly for families IMO
Pretty eyes Char Wellington is great! I was just showing homes there today. If you have any questions feel free to reach out. I’d love to help. calendly.com/tj--44/15min
I am a Senior and looking to purchase in Boca Raton an apartment/condo, village, etc with NO HOA. If there is none, please let me know any other city that have Senior's homes with NO HOA. Thanks

hey, looking at getting a place down in Boca Raton but was wondering if most the people down there where older? as I'm only 20 and will just be there a few months a year, but would be looking for a community with people averaging 20-40, happy to spend up to 550k
My daughter is moving to Florida to work in boca as a restaurant manager. She found an apartment in Deerfield Beach. Is it a good place to live? And im going to join her and im looking for a home that is between 200,000 and 300,000 I cant spend more than 600 a month in combined property tax and hoa fees. Thank u love the videos!
+kim gesumaria without knowing more details other than “Deerfield Beach”, it’s hard to say whether she’s in a good area or not. I’d love to help & talk more about it & get into some specifics about what you’re looking for. I’ll leave a link below with my availability. You can choose whatever time/day works best with your schedule. Looking forward to talking to you 😁 calendly.com/tj--44/15min
Change this video title to "Most luxurious places in Florida" and please remove the "No HOA fee" thumbnail...because it is very confusing. Usually, people who don´t want to pay HOA are the ones that that can´t afford a million-dollar house.
thinking of moving to boyaton beach florid in a commity where i can pay a low hoa and no golf course and a small home that is about 1,200 spuare feet and 3 bed rooms and 2 full baths and within walkink distance from the beacha nd 95 highway
What’s the crime rate around the Mission Bay Area? Homes in the 600-700 range + HOA of about 350/average. Do I need security system setup in my home or, should my 2A be sufficient enough? Do low life scum hit these neighborhoods at all? Thanks!
where all these people work to get so much money to buy a house there;???? in germany we need for these sums a wage of at least € 3000 € per month. How much dollar i must earn there?? how are the credits there?Has Boca Raton a train station And ways?Lg 👋👋👋👋
+Kat Jones there are many affordable places in the surrounding areas and cities that are not well known unless you’re familiar with South Florida. If you have any questions or need help, you can schedule a quick call here: calendly.com/tj--44/15min

We live in Bel Marra with no hoa and on the water! Super lucky ♥️ we wanted to live in Lake Rogers but so expensive!!
Hey, Great video!! Yes, Boca Raton is a very nice place to live indeed!

Golden Harbour sounds amazing!
Great video! We are wanting to relocate from NY but not interested in a HOA community.
HOA fees should include sprinklers! Without them neighborhoods look awful. The heat ruins landscape and turns nice homes shabby.

I am moving to Boca Raton, and my budget is around 400,000, would like to have a house with a swimming pool and close to the Lynn University,
Are there subdivisions without HOA by or close to Tampa. Do you have a video about it?
How about Wellington, Florida I am interested?
Pretty eyes Char Wellington is great! I was just showing homes there today. If you have any questions feel free to reach out. I’d love to help. calendly.com/tj--44/15min

If you rent do you still have to pay HOA fees?
Thanks for not mentioning Boca Villas & the Golden Triangle. We're full & even knockdowns are selling close to 2 million now.

Boca is a great place to buy a first home! Then when you get rich you can sell it and move to Cocoplum 🤣
+Darkwing Dumpling 🤣🤣
Florida is ridiculous with HOAs, finding a house without hoa is a unicorn... Complete opposite of California.
Blanco yeah, we do have a lot of HOA communities down here.
the rent is 2x or 3x higher in California compared to Florida
😅 so where do normal people live? Goodness these are $$$
