Ratone is how it pronounced. You also butched Yamato Rd. Welcome. Paradise Palms is awesome. Just moved away from there. Blue Lake is amazing.
Thanks for the feedback! Since I’ve moved here, no one has corrected me in person. It wasn’t until I started making videos months ago that people recently pointed out how to correctly say Boca Raton. Locals and everyone around here just refer to it as “Boca” so I never really noticed the other part of it. Future videos have it corrected tho. I normally film about a month or two ahead of time so a few more videos have it the way it is.
Also thanks for the feedback about the Paradise Palms neighborhood and Blue Lake Elementary. I get a lot of questions about Blue Lake from people moving here because the school doesn’t have a score yet on the Great Schools website.
Boca High is the best high school in Boca
We have a lot of highly rated schools in Boca. I would love if you could share why Boca high is the best in your opinion for the audience!
Boca high school is definitely NOT the best, actually very far to be the best and is one of the worst high schools in the city
The best public high schools in boca are Spanish River and west boca high. Including are the highest rated high schools in boca raton. Obviously disconsidering FAU High
I lived 5 years near that area. Omni middle is probably the worst school in boca raton. Drug problems, fighting every day, bullies. And that’s in the area you said its the “best”. This area around St Andrews is indeed nice but full of overpriced houses and high hoa neighborhoods .
Middle school seems to rough everywhere. There are some other options for people who want to avoid a certain school. Don Estridge is a tech focus middle school close by.
New Floresta and the other neighborhoods HOA in that area are about 200$/month. The gated ones are higher though. It’s surprising how more affordable that area used to be too.
@@BocaRatonLiving my older son attended Don Estridge, the problem is that is a lottery through choices program, so technically anyone in PBC can apply. My younger son was never selected. It is an excellent school but difficult to get in.
I know most middle schools are problematic but Omni middle and boca middle are probably the worst =
Florida is past capacity. People are moving further north.
Parts of Florida are completely concrete while others are untouched around Tallahassee are empty. Central Florida has tons of vacant houses too.
@@BocaRatonLiving I'm moving to South Carolina. I found a place with beautiful blue ridge mountain scenery at a large discount on my cost of living. Florida is over-rated.
Nice! I wanted to look more into the Carolinas. If insurance costs 5x again, we might be neighbors lol 😂
