    I lived there when it was a nice place in the late 80s-early 90s. When it became BOCA... We sold and my now favorite view of BOCA was from the rear view mirror as we left FL. We were back there in FL a few times in the last 35 years flew from Miami Airport to Ecuador the last I was there.Reminded me how much I hate what FL turned into.

    Great video. I’m looking to move to florida soon, but don’t know much about the state. This was helpful in adding places to visit while I make a decision on where I plan to settle

      It means mouse mouth which is the phrase sailors used for small inlets. It’s a beautiful city

      I use to live in Boca West, but moved further north years ago. I live on the Intracoastal and moving to Florida permanently was the best thing I ever did. You can keep New York and New Jersey and their taxes. All the people that live here are happy if northerners speak badly of Florida because then they won’t move here. Over 200,000 people moved here since the pandemic and we don’t really need any more traffic.

    • @Crankbait
      @Crankbait ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Well Florida isn’t a shitstorm like up north. For example Florida has more residents than NY, yet way way lower taxes. Plus Florida has a balanced budget unlike New York. Another key factor to evaluate is the fact that Florida has a larger population than the disaster called NY, yet Florida still manages to hire less than half the state employees that NY hires. Nothing associates with economic stupidity like a bunch of clown Democrats. Anyway hopefully the Democrat voting clowns will stay away, no need to destroy Florida like the uninformed voters do up North.

      @@kathryn1335 The traffic can certainly be a challenge; especially during the winter months.

    So expert means real estate agent. Florida real estate is not in a good place right now. Educate yourself about property taxes and insurance. There is an excessive amount of inventory on the market, and the state legislature a scroooed the pooch with regard to the condo market.
