    I'm learning how to listen to my body and respond accordingly. I am keeping track of my food through My Fitness Pal app. My account name is erinseay2. Come find me. I find tracking my food helps because it keeps me accountable. when I downloaded the app I chose to leave notifications on so it would remind me to keep logging my food.
