Not an issue if properly maintained.
At present isne 1.5 lakh+ kms kr lie hai. Infact stock clutch plates, no smoke, accelerates like new. Timely service and proper maintenance authorized service centre pe honi chaiye.
Itna run ha to app Extended warranty zarror lena.
+3 years me 5 saal ki warranty ho jaegi with unlimited kms.
Extended warranty chorhna will be a loss, Big loss.
Diesel is perfect for 2.5-3 lakh kms, mileage + enjoyment to drive. Petrol is slow and a compromise.
5 saal ki under warranty me you can sell. It will sell like hot cake because second hand us time ni hogi market me koi option.
Altroz diesel proud owner... loving it...
Between punch and altroz itrubo which would you go for.
I mostly travel alone ...sometimes or bad roads....like between manali to leh ...65%city 35% highways.
Punch if I had low budget and and second base model of Nexon if I had budget for I-turbo. Only dropping Altro because I am restricted to explore some off beat places in altroz because of GC.
I turbo only when highway cruising is most liked.

Modern cars me radiator ki vajah se koi issue ni hota long run me. Engine ko vo sahi temperature pe rakhta ha. Jo cheez fail ho sakti ha vo disk break or uske pad or tyre phat sakta ha. Iss chez ka aapko dihan rakhna hoga. Disk mostly garam hokar dikkat deti ha, hilly area me ya drivers jo zada break lete ha uska 1% chance rehta ha or tyre regular chalane pe pressure badh jata ha to over pressure hone ki vajah se burst hone ke chances rehte ha (sepcially purane tyres me). Agar apki 35 psi ha to regular (200-500 km) tez chalane se vo 45 ya zada ho sakti ha. Isi lie pressure cold tyre pe check kare. Engine fit ho to koi issue ni ha. 5000 kms ka Golden Quadrilateral record aap check kr sakte ha. Jisme car regular itna chali thi.
Gaadi ka engine ke lie aap usse normal usse kare. Time pe service karaye. Thoda sa bhagane se age ni aati balki galat tareke se or galat gear me chalane se age ati ha.
Jaise aap jaam me 2 ya 3 Rd gear me car ko uthaee. Ya 40 ki speed me 5 gear daal de. Jitne cc ka engine ha aap usse usi hisab se chalae. 1200 cc ko 1500cc banake na chale.
Gadi ko kabhi kabhi 100 ya usse plus le jaane se engine ko khulne ka mauka milta ha.
Or specially jab aap fifth gear daal de to aap clutch pe se full pair hata le. Halka sa bhi pressure use engage rakhta ha jo aapko mehsoos ni hoga 140 ki speed se neeche. So jis bhi gear me ho agar apko mauka mile to aap clutch pe se full pair hata le. Isse clutch plates bilkul new rahengi
Koi or jankari chaiye to aap poochiyega

Upright ha or zada sponge ni ha but comfort me best in class in hongi. Long trips pe log tareef hi krte ha. Ek dum baith ke iska aapko feel ni hoga.

The only time i need to wait was for gear shaft when gear box failed becauss of mishandling by our end, which took 3-4 days to be delivered at Service centre. Which was quite fast.
Pricing is OK. Neither cheap nor expensive.
Since they are into quality products so the prics are acceptable.

Bhai I am also altroz owner, is it gear lever intravel and vibration? & Clutch very light?
By Intravel did you mean that the clutch is not fully pressed or what? The problem I can see is that the clutch after fully pressed also slips specially in rear gears. Vibrations are bearable and clutch is very light for a diesel car which is a plus point.

1.35 lakh. Service Centre is getting better and experience has been good. Maintenance is not expensive as major service is at 15k kms. Service cost comes around 7-9 k. And if there are addition things so it will go up accordingly. Remember to buy extended warranty and get your car serviced at service centre. You will be really tension free as all parts and failures will be changed under warranty. I got gear box changed under warranty (25k). Now my colum rod is making minute noise which is around 48k but my car is out of warranty so I have to buy new sooner or later as they say it cannot be repaired.

Diesel is the perfect fit if you drive more than 2500kms per month. If your driving would be restricted below 2.5k kms per month than petrol will be a good option hut performance won't be gopd in it. Altoz diesel is a good car

After market alloys from reputed brands are good but they cost even more than stock alloys.
Cheap or OK built alloys would loose their charm in a couple of years which defines pretty much their built quality
Momo and similar brands would cost nearly 40k.

@@itachiuchiha9062 Yes, best is to buy insurance from the same insurance company but directly and not via policy bazar or car dealer. U can clearly show dealer the diffrrence of how much you are saving by buying the same insurance from same company. Now once you do that they would hesitate to give you disounts they were giving when you were buying insurance from them.
What I have heard is when we buy via policy bazar than policy bazar also jumps into claim process. Getting Resgistration via dealer is ok and not robs you pocket.

Cancel nahi kare aaap. Koi issue ni ha. Issues sab gadiyon me hote ha bs log uski videos post ni kr pate. Maine altroz ki krdi to iska mtlb ye ni ki ye buri ha. Har gaadi me over time faults aate ha jo sahi kare hi jate ha. Inki faults ki vajah se maruti se lekr Jaguar tak ke showroom me gadiyan khadi milengi. Agar koi or car pasand ha apko to aap use consider kr sakte ha
Very crisp and clear review. How about its ground clearance with all 5 passengers, did you experienced any issues with luggage and family.
GC with 5 people on board is always a problem on bad roads. Anyday its an average hatchback and will have problems like one. GC issue can only be resolved if we a SUV or crossovers.

AC ka direction starting se legs pe ata ha. Issue service centre wale solve ni kr paae. 2-3 din ke lie chorhne ko kha tab ho paaega shayad. Ye common issue lag rha ha mjhe is car me. Ek or ne comment me ye issue mention kra.

This is a good car to buy. If you can stretch your budget than i20 is a good choice as it is a complete car. For highway cruising, long ride comfort and safety Altroz is unmatchable.

3) Hope you should have touched 60K, people said post 60-70K you might face lot of vibration problems and mileage problems(engine) too, is that true ?

ODO is 1.1 lakh for now, will give feedback for 1.1 lakh kms.
1 : Mileage
HIGHWAY AC :19 - 23 AC.
HIGHWAT WITHOUT AC : 19-25
HILL AND BAD ROAD : 15-19
HIGHWAY 80% + 20% CITY AC = 17-22.
EXTREME HIGHWAY REGULAR 140-180 KMPH= 13-15.
2. 1.1 LAKH KMS
a: Stability : Excellent.
b. Engine : Great (no repair and runs like new) clutches plated were also opened and checked om 75k kms and was like new so still going stock.
c. Transmittion failed shortly after it was given to a friend for a trip to Manali and Rohtang. (He returned the car with a jerking gear box). We assume he mishandled the car.
d. Seven major Services.
e. Ok and basis. Not bad not good. Just satisfied.
f. Majorly new drivers are buying this car and so they mishandled and than come faults. Driving this car no one says it had done 1 lakh + kms.
Now faults.
The only major fault I am facing right now is heating on AC but since I cannot say what is the cause, either low quality of parts or rats because we have many rats where it is parked 5-10 days month.
Will post 1k kms review soon.

B) Yes, satisfactory.
C) Resale will be ok for us since our car is well maintained and anyone who would drive will know.
But I dont think it will be excellent like Maruti or Hyundai or bad like Skoda.
I am facing dpf issue after every 5000 kms, what to do
I believe you have had talked to service centre and they had been of no help. You could change your driving habit and dont drive on high gears on low rpms. Try to change gear above 2k rpm. Since it is recommend to drive at 60 knph at 3rd gear for 20 minutes to solve dpf issue to driving above 2k rpm will surely help. You can do this when you believe dpf issue will come. I am in Leh while typing this and this time it had no DPF issue.
I now had DPF issue. The car went to service centre in leh. The laptop generation for DPF didn't work well. I had to race for around 70-80 kms on a small patch of 20kms. It sorted the issue

Brother if you have to use your car only on good roads and want mileage than Altroz is good but for peace of mind Nexon is always an option to consider you are getting features too for paying 2.8 lakh more. 3 factors which can make you buy an Altroz are 1- If you have good roads to drive

Fog lamp ki zarurat ni lagi and headlight throw me bhi koi issue ni ha. Headlights me after market koi satisfying option ni samhj ata. Koi apki zazar me ha to batae
@@akbarpashtun upgrading all four headlights to 80w Philips rally bulb (made in Poland) will make a big difference. No relay required. Altroz has 10amps fuse for each chamber of headlight. 10 amps * 4 chambers = 40amps total capacity. 40*12v = 480w maximum capacity. 80*4 = 320w. You are using only 65% of total output. Many nexon owners have also upgraded without any relay and doing good. But go with Philips rally 80w that are made in poland for best output.anything above 80w will require a relay because of excess heat generated from 100w bulbs

Hyundai lekr koi regret ni krta. Tata ke apne plus points ha. Altroz diesel highway pe bahut achi performance deti ha. Test drive lekr dekhiye aap dono ki.
