Not only interior design, of anything should be improved before that, it's the seat cushioning which they have selected, it's the worst you can get in the world, comfort is just 🤮 on bad roads for this I had to reject Figo

Compact suv kyu le insaan har time aap yehi bolte ho, higher ground ke saath body roll bhi aaata hai uska kya? Is price me nexon xm diesel aaegi aur usme na touch screen milega, na back camera aur na adjustable headrest piche ke aur bhi bahot saare features. Aise to agar kisi ko nexon ka top model ka budget ho to log bolenge ke creta ka base model le lo, iska koi sense ni banta.

Absolutely correct. I have not driven Altroz but gone through many reviews, people are saying ride and handling is the best in this price range. Even one person has compared with Vento for ride quality. I have seen guys taking Verna to Spiti Valley, so why do you need high ground clearance and compromise on ride quality. People who love bumpy ride should go for so called SUVs (which has no feathers of SUV other than GC) .
I was searching for this comment. Glad that someone pointed this out.
I must say this car looks the best considering the other cars in its segment even new I20 is not a match in terms of looks.
Tata's weakness point
1) Unrefined Diesel as well as petrol engines
2) Service quality
Rest all no. 1👍
If they improve in those two points , then Tata will be no. 1 in sales.

Sir I am you regular viewer but I slightly disagree with both of you. I can see that you both are slightly biased towards Ford brand and you always take out faults in Altroz. Every customer has their own choice. The reason i bought Altroz is because of safety and features, which no other car brand is providing in this segment (~9.5L on road price). Ford is nowhere close to Altroz in terms of looks and features.
A car's soul purpose is for commuting with comfort, it is not meant for speeding (unless its an emergency situation). Keeping this in mind i bought Altroz. This gives me awesome ride quality, great driving dynamics, fantastic suspension and ease of driving at decent speed (80-90kmph) even on highways.

I agree with sunroof reason that’s the reason I did not go with Nexon XMS variant.
Basically Sunroof is designed for counties with cold climate conditions.
If you're considering Nexon XM ,then you should definitely go for XMS , because it has many features like sunroof , steering mounted controls,auto headlight and auto wipers.
Also sunroof has a sunshade if the sunlight is too strong.

Tata nexon xz+ diesel 1st gen, 1700-1800 me bad sports mode me unstable ho jati hai. High speed and cornering turn me hatchback aur sedan hi best hai. I think at this time only ford freestyle is only driver enthusiast car.
i am polo 1.5 tdi owner and quite satisfy with it. loving the long drive, calm cabin, solid built, mast power..
Tata has a bad history of detuning engine and making it worse... Remember the 140 PS harrier which was not as refined as it is now with 170 ps that's the only problem..... The gearbox doesn't compliment the 1.5 diesel engine because they have detuned the 6 speed gearbox and replaced it with the 5 speed

Waiting for my Altroz XZ Diesel as well... First of all I like Altroz... I like Nexon but not as much as Altroz. It's a beauty. We can get Nexon XM with 50k more. But Nexon XM looks like you are sitting in very different vehicle than Nexon XZ.

Hi bro ...I'm planning to buy diesel altroz...which variant you bought & how is the performance....is there any issue with the ground clearance?
@@krishnachaitu4391 i have drove 4000 kms... till now not faced any issue.
I have done 1200.kms journey from ajmer to jaisalmer and sam sand dunes and back. Drove little offroad in sam.
99 percent of the speed breakers are not issue at all, even if car is in full load.
Till now i have notices engine and grear box and become more.powerfull and smoother. Seats are goood i have drove non stop 10 hours still no back stiffness . Yes underthigh support is less but support for back is best in its segment. Even in 120 130 kms super stable and picks up speed nicely..enough power and torque if dont compare it is sufficient.
@@krishnachaitu4391 i was confused when i was buyin the new car . For compact suv or premium hatch back. Then i realised base variant which has nothing at all in compact suv comes at the price same as altroz xz. So yes i dont think buying compact suv is practical decision. Untill you do lots of offroading and travell somewhere offroad

It's like as if for these two, SUV is the ultimate car to own. They have their biases. The Altroz, technically, would be a more fun car to drive (keeping engine aside) considering lower centre of gravity.

I own a 4. 5 year old Figo 1.5 diesel and its much more silent and refined compared to this new car.
High respect to both of you experts as u clearly mentioned the facts - Aspire has a better refined engine and NVH. Aspire is clearly a better car except poor lights and interior design.
tata need to improve more on refinement at par with hyundai to attract more diesel buyers.
Fords Diesal Engine is much better in Refinements, Responsiveness & Efficiency.
Altroz Ride Quality is slightly better than Aspire, but NVH levels is 35% higher. Otherwise Ford's Reliability & After-Sales Services is Excellent when compared to Tata's.

Owner has given true feedback... I was using 2012 figo diseal.. that was rocket road rocket...and altorz diseal is almost same but more smooth and comfortable...

After running Ford Aspire for more than a lakh in 5 years, he shouldn't be complaining about the car much. It also did well with Fortuner so what more can a person expect?
Altroz is good, but can't say Aspires build quality bad in any way :)
Maybe he bought a new car and doesn't want to admit that his choice is not that great in front of aspire.
Par dil ko bhi pata hai ki Aspire kahise bhi buri nahi.
Rear seat space is also a lot better, boot space is great and fit and finish too is just fine :)

I have i20 Diesel 2015 model and I could say the car is truly a all-rounder; super silent engine, good mileage and super comfortable seats.
Well said bro...I too have i20 diesel 2018 model..the engine is super refined and quite punchy...puts a smile on my face whenever I drive it❤️

Ford aspire is of 1091kgs whereas it is 1149kgs for top end trims of both the vehicle ,it is still a downgrade for me when it comes to reliability and service quality

I have the 2022 version. No shaking at all. Kind of like the grunt of the engine when you push it.. otherwise loving my altroz. The sound system is epic. 😎

How do you find the car till date
@@kristrails07 : I have xz(o). Did not have enough reasons for xz+. But I can confirm bottom engine gaurd or manifold is not there. However due to the front bumper lip extending a little and the chassis starting a few inches later. It kind of is not completely exposed. At this price point i dont know if you will have that in any other car at this range. But bro the car is very good. Don’t expect initial pickup on the diesel variant but from 3rd gear after 1300 rpm. It gets super peppy. When the turbo kicks in it knocks experience of very costly cars some in sedans like the verna.
@@kristrails07 very good performance, comfortable for all age groups. Not even a single component has given any issue 6000+ kms completed. If you drive super well 24 kmpl in city, drive like me 19+. And if you go completely nuts 17+. On highway I can get 27+ with cruise control in city mode.
When u. Drive. Tata vista. Tdi. Then u know what is turbo lag😂

Bhai engine ka jo noise hai wo meri tigor xt diesel me bhi aaraha tha but maine oil change kiya jo service senter me oil dalte hai wo bahut kharab oil hota hai. 1000 km me hi engine noise shuru hojata hai.
