I'm a CNA studying for the CWCA test. I've literally listened to this video over a dozen times this morning while stocking rooms in the wound care clinic where I've worked for almost four years. There's a LOT of unfamiliar terms I'm having to learn before the test. Wish me luck!
- able to go to work (2024-7-8) - some spot still hurt if pressured due to scabs (and itchy) ( week 2 ) My consclusion : scabs heal significantly slower. to prevent it, you have to keep the wound clean and wet as eyeball (not drippy). the bad news is that cleaning process is hurt due to scraping the dried lump . also apply some chloramfenicol / gentamicin to prevent infection. I got 4 days Antibiotics and antihistamine from my first doctor. I have to increase my protein / fat / vitamin C and K intake to speed up the healing. NEVER APPLY RIVANOL. IT'S PAINFUL AF
