  • Setting up a TH-cam live stream is a breeze when using a LiveCam from CCTV Camera World and following our tutorials. Before you start, ensure you've requested live stream access for your TH-cam account, keeping in mind it might take up to 24 hours to get verified. After permission is granted, navigate to www.TH-cam.com, log in, and click on the 'Camera with Plus' icon, leading you to the 'Go Live option. Your Livestream dashboard is where the magic begins. Here, hit 'Edit' to furnish your stream with a title, description, and thumbnail, and tweak settings to your preference.
The crux lies in the next step: crafting your Stream Key URL. A vital component, this key starts the connection between your camera and TH-cam's servers. To do this, get into the 'Stream Settings' tab on your Livestream dashboard and focus on the 'Stream Key' section. Ideally, 'Default stream key (RTMP, Variable)' should be pre-selected. Copy the unique ‘Stream Server URL' provided and add a forward slash at the end. Following this, add your channel’s unique 16-digit stream key to the Stream URL. When done correctly, your Stream Key URL should look like this:
    rtmp://a.rtmp.th-cam.com/users/live2xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx.
With these two initial steps completed, you'll be all set to continue following our tutorial and start broadcasting your camera live on TH-cam!
Make sure you double-check your stream URL for any potential errors, such as a missing forward slash (/) between your key and the server URL OR having too much punctuation.
