  • Race Family, I know this video is a little different but one I'm excited about. I don't know about you but no way I was going to be ok with a 20mph Golf Cart. This thing now rips and is a ton of fun. My favorite upgrade so far is my Bigbattery.com Eagle Kit. Huge weight savings and performance gains.

Sweet cart I doing a lithium and navitas conversion this weekend to my Yamaha G 29 can’t wait to feel the power. I saw the super engine back there. I was thinking damn I need that for my jeep. !!!

I did a Navitas 5Kw motor upgrade with Navitas 600amp controller, heavy duty solenoid, 2 gauge cables, and BigBattery Husky 48V 103ah. It went from 19mph to 36mph. On flat ground going 25mph I get 40 miles range. Cart can wheelie on demand with Navitas OTF controller torque turned all the way up. An upgrade worth it all day long in my opinion.

I did the same. The eagle is not lithium ion though as you mentioned by accident. They are lithium iron phosphate, which in my opinion is better. Little heavier and less energy dense, but no risk of fire which is important to me. I love mine. I have two eagles in my RXV. It's a real nice set up. I hope they live up to their warranty of 10 years

I would put some weight plate where the batteries was it will be easier to turn over now that you got all that weight out. Especially if kids ride it

it is NOT thr batteries that made the cart faster, it is the NEW controller and motor you installed my friend, the lion batteries just gives you more travel distance.....

I installed the Navitas 5k a/c conversion and made custom 72v lithium batteries for it. Top speed so far is 55mph. I can do 40 miles on a charge. I also had a custom 40a charger made by a company in Oklahoma that will fully recharge from empty in less than 2 hours.
