I never thought I would see the Char 2C in War Thunder!!! Let alone the variant with a 155mm Howitzer. There are a couple more variants they can add and one happened to show up in the patch trailer for a split second... here is to hoping this big boy has some family members joining him soon.

Absolutely, the version I’m hoping they add is the one with the 75mm in a turret. I think that tank would probably be about 2.0 or the same BR as this one. To be honest for the sheer size of this tank and the fact it’s top speed isn’t even 10mph, it’s pretty maneuverable and the reverse speed is really good. It’s hilariously fun at low BR.

i'm pretty sure most of the enemies in this game were like "How the F do you kill that giant tank? it has 12 crew in multiple locations INSIDE the tank!"
Apart from the guys who own bombers - at which point it becomes a giant target
Its actually quite an easy tank to kill, just the large amounts of crew members is what annoys people
Pretty sure that 9 of 10 of them just froze there and went WTF.
Just keep draining the crew in the turret and shoot the engine but yeah pretty difficult

I love how bo was looking for the Chi Ha amongst the bodies and even I noticed the one turret moving infront of his face before he ever did. Idk how he didnt lol
3:45 if we want to be pedantic his gun is bigger in total space consumed. while both tanks have the similar caliber barrel his has a larger cannon breach, recoil absorber, recuperator, and mount due to it being a infantry gun cut away from its carriage and welded onto a extended Panzerkampfwagon ll chassis.
Even the mighty KV-1 looks like a child when you're driving this thing. Quite the baguette!
You know if you put a modern motor package into this landship you could probably have a m22 garage in the back of it
If you’re thinking about buying the BIS, do it, I got it today and it’s the most fun I’ve had in arcade ground battles on my life, and everyone seems so small compared to you, and the whole team uses you as cover, overall a super fun tank to play even though it’s a bit of a journey on larger maps. 100% worth 2000 GE

I started playing war thunder and with some of my friends that just started and we ran into one of these tanks you can imagine the reaction they had "OH FU#k it's a land boat!!, shoot it! Shoot it! YES! I never thought war thunder would add this tank. Its one of my favourite tanks with an insane amount of modern innovations for a tank from ww1. Ever since that lazerpig video on french tanks ive loved french tanks in general :D

Btw, the French only built ten 2Cs, and they were individually named after ancient French provinces. The solitary 2C Bis was named "Champagne".

I was going to say that this tank makes the Tog 2 look forward-thinking, but then I realized that this is not a variant on the B1, but a separate, WW1-design.
I feel sorry for the low tier players facing against France... Idk if anyone shares the same feeling but I hate it when the enemy team contains french heavy-ish tank cuz it's quite hard to kill
