    The skin in most foods has the most proteins. As of now I'm frying or air frying all of my flounders. Thanks bro.

    Thanks for the tip about boiling the vinegar and water to reduce the fish smell in the house. I will give that a try next time I fry fish. I seriously wanted to taste of that fish. It looked so good! Thanks

    Tempature????????

    • @uncleventsoffthegrill3226
      @uncleventsoffthegrill3226  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      GM. Mr. Bill to be completely honest I never measure the internal temperature of my fish, I just cook it until it starts to float. But however the FDA recommends cooking fish to an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
      The temperature of the oil is 350 degrees and it usually takes around 8-10 minutes to cook depending on how much oil and the size of the fish. I hope this information helps you.
      Have a great weekend
