When they take to the air the mph is thrown off. Need a clean pass for true mph. I just got mine done by Howard also. I’ll be chasing 100 after my motor swap.
@@crispyspa If your boat goes up into the air and starts spinning, the GPS module inside will speed up and the result will not be realistic. Hull linear speed and rotational speed. Therefore, only clean runs are counted in the official record breaking.
@@jaycevessier7554 unfortunately you’re wrong as far as sky rc analyzer is concerned. First off this particular gps Does not respond to erratic movement as I’ve tried it many times, and I’ve gotten the same numbers if not faster without the crashes so it’s been confirmed a few times over. I’ve been on vacation but I will be releasing some real good clean runs for the channel to confirm. 👍🏼
Ugh. My MG36 crashed at 50 and the hull split in two. Horizon won’t pay return shipping to see if I can get a warranty replacement. $130 to ship it back. It went airborn and landed back on water. Massive damage. I’m so pissed.
Sorry to hear that man.. I really hope they get your issue fixed without costing you more money. If you do get a replacement DO NOT use it until you have it Inlayed.

Crashes don’t throw the numbers off how many think. I’ll post a clean pass soon to show numbers are still usually spot on. 👍🏼
A crash does not accelerate the craft, it slows it down.

Well things can break if you crash. Not the boats fault.
How about a link to the guy who did the inlay for you?
He’s not on TH-cam but if you go on Facebook and look up how reckhow, you’ll find him and he’s very well known for the inlays.
