The British, Italians and Japanese did more for motorcycle design and racing than any other country in the world! Yes, this includes the United States. I too am thoroughly disgusted with the British and Italians for selling out for the almighty Euro/Pound!

Thank you for your helpful video. The neo retro motorcycles are magnificient. From the style, of charm and elegance. The manufacturer THRIUMPH stands out, its motorcycles are of an irreprochable finish and are timeless. THRIUMPH is my favorite motorcycle brand for the retro and neo retro style : Speed Twin, The T100 or T120, including the Rocket 3R/GT. Having a neo retro motorcycle means riding differently with elegance. This style of motorcycle is ideal for senior bikers like me 😁? I wish you a pleasant end of year celebrations as well as to all bikers ✌

The Thruxton RS, Norton 961 Commando, and MV Augusta 921S are beautiful. I already have the Thruxton R, the MV will most likely be out of my budget and the Norton 961 is a bike to consider but waiting for a year or so for the dealerships to arrive and the reliability to be established will probably have me moving on to another brand.

Def agree that Bonneville is the standard but nice to see some unique iterations of “retro”. The Fantic looked great and with a CP2 engine will be a blast too. XSR just looks blah but again does have that great CP2 which I have on my Tenere. Ducati looks too “plastic pretty” for me and having owned a Ducati I’d hate the repairs. MV consistently designs some of the best looking bikes so would be excited to see their concept. I really like the Honda CB1000R (not in your list) maybe not so retro but I’m amazed Honda thought that far outside the box. Nice to see their are great options at every price. Any bike that gets rode is a beautiful bike.

As for me, an older rider that loves the inline fours of the 70's and 80's, I find myself wishing that Honda would bring back a modern version of the CB750. I'm not holding my breath however, so I will probably end up trading in the Suzuki C50 for the Triumph Bonneville T100.

i actually want the old school look (80s & 90s) and the old school performance (80s & 90s) which is missing in the current line up of smaller capacity bikes. Those days a 250 2-stroke will churn out 45-50 hp (used to ride a suzuki RG250 in the 80s) but the 250 i am riding now only spits out 18.5 hp. I also rode a 90's 4-stroke kawasaki 500 producinng 70 hp but the most of the 500 nowadays produce less than 50hp (due to green scam agenda). The styling of modern bikes looks more like transformers robots to me and retro styling is the way to go, for me. I actually think the small capacity (500cc and below) motorcycling world has gone backwards in the 21st century. It was so much more exciting 20-30 years ago compared to now. i don't fancy high capacity bikes as the taxes & insurance is crazy where i live, that plus a lack of big open roads and the heavy weight of big capacity bikes makes it a deterrent for me.

I must buy a Honda DAX 125 as it is only £2,072 on the road in Thailand where I live.
It will compliment the Honda Monkey I already have.

Quad Lock best innovate mount, where is the comparison with Mous mount, I am using that now and it is better than Quad lock. Case and shock mount built in.

Mous Mount is just a copy to a large degree of Quad lock so I’m not sure how innovative that is? It’s a great mount though and glad to see competition.
Quad Lock messed up my Camera which for the most part made my phone useless when restaurants went to barcodes for their menu’s during Covid and have continued, so had to buy another 1k phone :/. Their vibration dampening add on is a fix to a problem of their original Mount that probably ruined a lot of cameras. Their probably should have been a class action lawsuit but at least they should have offered their fix (vibration dampening) for free. Also one of the “teeth” that lock into the mount broke. This is just cheap plastic but I was very disappointed to see out of all their replacement parts the one part that could actually break isn’t offered. U have to buy a whole new mount! I’m not impressed with Quad Locks business model. I’m glad to see companies like Mous actually incorporate the fix (vibration dampening) into the mount. I’d def go with Mous in the future….thanks for letting us know there is an alternative that mounts similarly.
