As always, another GREAT video Peter!!! I truly appreciate your commentary. Not only you showed us the beauty of these amazing machines, you also give some history on them. I learned a lot. Thanks for taking us with you.
Thank you Sam! Very generous of you! A lot of viewers have asked for more commentary on the bikes during the show so I tried to add a bit more this time. Shooting this show is a very FULL day 9-6pm non-stop so it can be a challenge to get all the shots, interviews, comments and breathe. Cheers!
@@PetervonGommJAPANbro you should have taken an update about whether the new 2024/25 zx10r updates from the kawasaki guys as it really needs a update and is it coming by the end of this year ..
Thanks Peter, lots of fun bikes. My Cardo was brilliant for my holiday riding in Bali with a pillion. I really liked the bumblebee colours of the street triple.
One of the first things I would do after coming back from war is riding my bike up to Karpathian mountans. Whole day. Thanks for sharing this, Peter! Stay safe, everyone! And may you and your beloved ones never know what war is.
@@davidwright873 oh thanks a lot, bro! Without the support from all of you, People of Good Will from all over the world, we should not have stand. Even Japan Prime Minister Kishida recently made a strong statement about supporting Ukraine. Your solidarity would not be forgotten.

VERY COOL! I love the Tokyo Motorcycle Shows you did over the past couple years! I mentioned way back when that I bought a Rebel 500 at 1 km I rode every chance I got now she's nearing 10K! SO amazing and thank you for this vid, It's made my choice for my next motorcycle more harder lol!
Another great smorgasbord of bikes 🇯🇵! I remember your red ST2 🇮🇹. I sold my red Ducati last year (the Panigale V2), currently ‘bikeless’, not sure what to ride next, so was good to see all those beautiful shiny machines 🇦🇺
Thank you for an engaging tour around the global central of biking business, I apologize for being one of the 999999 people who were not subscribed but have put this to right 👏👌👍
Greetings PVG, another amazing video in 2024 as the camera work is truly incredible and the bikes are out off of this planet 🌎. The entrepreneurs or owns- CEO’s have really put their foot into those extravagant designs displayed in various bike models and Japan 🇯🇵 leads the way in front of BMW and Harley Davidson. I’ll be remiss if I didn’t mention all those beautiful Japanese ladies participating in the show.. PVG, switch bike did you purchase with those deep pockets of yours? Thank you so much for sharing.
Awww yeah, Thank you Peter!!! By the way, I am seriously considering a Bonnevile or Scrambler 400X in the near future. Though I need to pay off my new Kymco AK550 first😅
Yep, I'm going to get the CE 02. Thank you for bringing it to our attention. I also love how you really got into the voice acting during the Cardo ad, and when you presented the JBL audio, the music cranked up. I was bouncing in my chair. 'Liked' and subbed. Well deserved!
The one bike I loved to ride was the Yamaha TDM! I had an 850 and the twin engine was like a sewing machine, just kept smoothly pumping out the power while sounding quiet and so sweet! I now miss that bike, but I cannot find another in Thailand! It was a tall bike, similar to the Tenere, but perhaps a tad bigger, taller and great for touring! I don't like the looks of the Tenere today, the TDM was more rounded! Great show, thanks for sharing! I just bought an Aprilia SR 200 GT Sport and what a great looking scooter in metallic yellow and red wheels, that is pure Italian style, all part of the Piaggio group! If you are reading this and have not seen one, search Google, or You Tube, it's a feast for the eyes!
I thought the Royal Enfields look cool and that Triumph Thruxton was a beaut! It's interesting to see the carbon fibre pieces on some of the bikes, like the aero bits on Formula 1 cars. Thanks for bringing us all those two wheeled beauties Peter! 👍🏍🛵 Technical reason for not wanting the sidecar, too much drag! 😂
Thanks JB! Yeah man that Thruxton!! Phew. It pains me to see all these dream bikes and then I look in the garage and I have 3 dreamies already that I can't part with. Gonna need to get creative.
Great Motorcycle Show, thanks for taking us along. Out of all the bikes you showed us, the Honda GB350 , the Kawasaki W230 and the Meguro S1, and the MUTT's were my favorites, they really peaked my interest. Although I wish they all had exhaust pipes up along the seat lines like the 1973 CL450 Honda's did. It would be hard for me to chose between the GB350 and the Mutt 250, I really loved the retro style of all of them. Great video, thanks again. JT Kentucky (USA)
Craig Jones has been building superb Royal Enfield Bullet bobbers with his own home made frames that are hardtailed and he fettles, fabricates and improves them so much with his own bespoke parts with renewing bearings, bushes, paint and electrics and the quality of his bikes is massively improved and is what Royal Enfield shook uld have done earlier before they disappeared from England in the early 1970s. Their original interceptors had well balanced strong, sorted engines and the mark 2 model is now a rare classic that was very fast in its day with great handling and superior to the Triumphs, BSAs and Norton commandos in the very early 1970s.
Pete you do a great job brother! I haven't seen one of your videos in awhile and this one I've watched over and over! I'm just blown away by so many of the new bikes, wow! I'm curious how long you've been living in Japan? I love their beautiful country and their people, I've just never been able to get over there yet! Isn't is expensive to live there?
You can commute on the GS...I had a 2019 GS1250 and used it to go into London regularly and had no problem getting through traffic. Never understood why they fit the satnav down on the bars instead of above the TFT... it's dangerous and takes your eyes off the road.
Question: did any of the Piaggio group brands have a stand at the show? The bikes from Piaggio, Vespa, Aprilia or Moto Guzzi primarily? (Also Gilera & Derbi.) They so unambitious with their marketing outside of Italy so interested to know what they’re like in Asia. Thanks.
I can’t believe I forgot about going this year. I was preoccupied with getting my 2019 Super Tenere. Thank you for recording it. I’ll have to remember for next year. 😊
Very good video quality. Better than some other more renowned TH-cam channels. But you missed the specs of some bikes. For ex: the Suzuki 8R has a twin cylinder 776cc, not an inline 4. Anyway, keep up the good work ✌
