I waited to watch and enjoy this video until today because we’ve had lots of heavy snow here in North Wales, UK and the autumn feels had gone a bit until the temperature went up and all the white disappeared this weekend. Now autumn mode again!

I’d say just pick one way or one person to follow for sourdough recipes and tune all other ways out. See how it goes for a while. Only if after several attempts it’s not going well can you try another way. It helps move you out of decision fatigue.

Always good to have a new video! I would love to do sourdough but I find way too many conflicting ways to make a starter and I am intimidated.
