Mohg bloodloss move can be avoided with a wonderous mix, which you can get at the Altus plateau. Malenia flurry combo can be skipped, if you throw a freezing ritual pot at her. Learnt these in my 3rd playthrough.
@@nathanlambert7661Bosses rely on skill now more than ever. You can dodge Malenias flurry by running and jumping. Mohgs attack is a flask check so you have to learn to beat him with fewer flasks.
theres a wonderous flask that can negate the blood ritual Mog, the Lord. im sure you know that by now. melania Flurry is dodgeable but its something that can be learned. also lock on is your enemy in that fight. ya you can throw ritual pots to cheese her, but thats not a real fight at that point. still i agree about the boss's weapon faints, its frustrating. im so use to sekiro with the precise the boss's and enemies rush attacks need to be perfect or your hit/dead.
Yea those dual schimitars are so amazing for being a starter weapon. They absolutely melt the game and are more skill based than some of the other blood builds/weapons available in the game. You should still try out your usual strength build but dual weild a couple of great swords. Not "the greatsword" which is a colossal weapon but just regular greatsword class weapons. Pair any 2 of them and they are actually more efficient and quick at killing enemies and bosses then bleed builds
10:00 I think there may have been a clue in a nearby cave but as per usual a very vague one, it would have been better if that half of the medallion was from that same cave

The enemy repetition has elicited a lot of discourse, and while I did notice it, it didn't bother me because other open world games (e.g., Breath of the Wild, Horizon Zero Dawn) do it way more. This seems like a problem with open world games in general rather than exclusively a problem with Elden Ring
I agree. Honestly it's hard to ask a company to create 150 unique bosses in a 60 dollar game. We still got like 75 unique ones they just aren't singular since many appear more than once

This is would be the ultimate casual perspective of Elden Ring if only you also thought it should have an easy mode. There's nothing inherently wrong with that, your opinions about the game are just as valid. But as a review, this video fails to properly examine the game from more than one point of view and doesn't address them. You basically praise every mechanic that takes stress from the player (fast travel, Torrent, broken builds, Mimic Tear etc). You can like those mechanics and it's fine, but when reviewing a game I wish you'd mind that while you like it, some other players will probably not. You can point out that fast travel to sites of grace is great for saving time in traveling and a good quality of life addition, while also acknowledging that it takes away all stakes when exploring the overworld, which may disappoint players who liked the tension and survival aspects of the souls games.

#1 problem with ER boss design summed up in one comment. I miss when bosses relied on skill over random gimmicks and tactics to beat.
