Yeah I tried to use the old accessibility one my series 7 and its nothing like this. You have to activate accessibility first by clenching your fist and then you can double tap and it’s not very fluid.

The issue I see with Double Tap, as opposed to Quick Actions, is the lack of customization for the gesture. I don’t want to answer the phone call asking about my car’s extended warranty. I don’t want to reply to every notification in a group chat. I want to turn off the alarm, not snooze. It would be an easy software fix, I should think.
Exactly. The most frustrating part about it is that “Double Tap to Dismiss” is removed, that is literally my most used feature along with the double tap to resume workout. And in return we’ve got a very unintuitive, rigid feature, I really hope Apple fix this ASAP it’s frustrating
My Apple Watch 9 is super buggy especially after this last update. Siri doesn't even work on it unless I switch airplane mode ON and the OFF first... otherwise it's just doesn't respont to Hey Siri. And now the heart rate app and the EKG app is invisible on my screen no matter what I do. They are there on my watch face but are invisible. Super frustrating. And another thing, the battery drains twice as fast after this update :/
0:24 what app is on the tv? Is it just an Apple TV and the watch is connected via Now Playing? Or TH-cam linked to the iPhone or something (UI looks different tho)? I really want to be able to control external devices again similar to the accessibility feature but they can’t both be enabled at the same time

Apple watch doesn't have competition in that region. I'm a tech enthusiastic from India, here the most useful, functional, and affordable watchs are Samsung watches. Around 10k (around 120 USD) we get most of all health features, NFC support etc which apple watch didn't have.
They need to add a second gesture; so that after advancing; you can select. Perhaps a finger snap. And why can't we advance through the weather app? That would be killer.
Double Tap on non-Apple Watch S9 Watch → Accessibility → Quick Actions → On Not as reliable in my experience (especially when my hand is not still), but it gets the job done
