this is a civil trial. obviously there is no evidence to convict him for criminality otherwise this would be a criminal case. the judge does belong in prison or to lose his license to practice law though.
Anyone who thinks what you value anything is worth yourself is criminal then you are just ignorant beyond reason. Valuation is the duty of a lender in business or in venture capital. Startups get valuations that are millions or billions based on speculation, even before a single sale. Uber, favor, etc. They all got private equity and venture capital at huge valuations. If you think a ban loans money based on what you say it's worth as collateral then you're a special kind of stupid. Car loans come from book values, real estate comes from comps in the area. Valuation can be based on cash sale or lifetime value. For example a hotel would bring in millions a year but over a decade it might do $500 million. Over $20 years... a billion. How do. That's why this is you value that for a loan? It's all subjective there are no laws here that make it illegal. That is why this trial is a civil trial which is ridiculous. There's no such thing as a civil crime. And fraud is a criminal act not a civil one. It's up to a bank to decide what they will accept as collateral for a loan if they want to appraise real. Estate, they can choose to hire an appraiser and and then two inspect the property. If they don't send an inspector then shame on them. But either way, it's not a crime. This new york law is at odds with national law. I don't believe there's another state anywhere. That has a civil law regarding property loans from a bank. There are plenty of criminal laws but none of them have anything to do with bank loans in this manner.
Bizarre to think one con man billionaire who brags about sexual assault, didn't read his briefings, or do anything to shake up Washington while in office is "the last hope." How firing someone became interesting is beyond my understanding. I think it is cruel and mean.
What about NO STANDING you don't GET. WAKE up People.
So it's a civil trial which means he won't be going to prison even IF he's found guilty. Civil trials are about $ not criminal wrong doing
For this he only need to pay back the state about
500 million dollars ,
Criminal cases are the capitol attack ,steal document and the election issue for bribe electoral official to put 11,000 vote to his account
There is no IF he's already been found guilty. This is to determine the penalty.

@@mattsmith9270guilty is NY nothing new. It’ll go through appeals and probably in from of the Supreme Court.
But he paid back n no one lost their money. This is really a witch hunt
They don’t mention that Trump has been found liable in the civil fraud case in a bench trial. They are only determining damages at this point. Criminal fraud is not at issue, the prosecutor would have to formally lay charges, though criminal fraud charges can be brought in light of the findings of the court.
The piece was heavily biased toward Trump. It was just pro-Trump propaganda.
@@jannarkiewicz633If you think this is pro trump, wait till you see what the average citizen thinks. Especially after all these crimes against humanity come out.
I tell you what, I won't call you a liar, I say this.

This will be overturned. In the meantime, Leticia James and Arthur Engoron have made some powerful enemies. Couldn't happen to a more deserving couple.
There’s more. Criminal indictments to come!
Not one charge before Trump announced he was running for office again. Then charge after charge after charge...
if the loans were repaid; then the fraud yielded no liability. Let President Trump run in theprimary and the people decide for themselves.
Trump brand 💩
He could market "Trump Depends"
So the way i see this is if u got a loan from a bank and terms were agreed upon, and everything went fine with repayment, who am i to step in aftetwards and say oh that wasnt right now your going to jail !!!! Especially when the bank had issue with the transaction . Pressung charges should be the banks decision
Tell the TRUTH.

Dirt Cheap Loans, then the People

Pay Higher Interests. 😊
You forget that it affects tax and the fairness to others ! At the least you should be taking hes a liar and a conman for doing it !
Where did you find this breaking news 😂😂😂
That is if they get loans at all, since the banks gave money to Trump thst could have generated business elsewhere.
@@johnniequinn3215 Shame its illegal to do 🙂
Based on expert testimony Trump costed his lenders $168,040,168, which the banks would have made if Trump was given the appropriate interest rate corresponding to the actual value of his assets.
Does nobody else think its odd that hes not facing prison time for this???? Take a bag of chips from walmart and they jail you for 3 months.
Everyone is too busy being mad at each other they don't even think to question the big picture. You're right, but unfortunately most people are too stupid to realize it.
Because he's rich.
this is a civil trial. obviously there is no evidence to convict him for criminality otherwise this would be a criminal case. the judge does belong in prison or to lose his license to practice law though.
💯
If that's the case he can pay fines that's all going jail it's not the right point

There’s no chance this would have been prosecuted if he never tan for president, or even if we was lent a controversial one. Like does anyone here genuinely believe otherwise?
This all stems from a comment, under oath, by Michael Cohen.
I genuinely believe that Trump 100% brought this on himself, and that he would have been prosecuted anyhow.

Yep. They are called cops. DT was a conman in the 90s , and never went clean.
Same is being done to the guy on the other end. Whether you view this as a "witch hunt" or not, the legality behind such cases are reasonable. Having an outside view of "so many people are after this man" does not refute the cases in question.
You think people trying to stop a lifetime criminal is crazy? You have very low moral standards.
