  • This 30 minute, full body yoga flow is designed to get the entire body moving and increase strength, mobility and flexibility by alternating dynamic movement with longer holds. Connecting postures through vinyasa practice allows us to link our breath to our movement, building up to a challenging, yet calming flow.
    A perfect wake-up, or quick, energizing full body practice when you're short on time.
