I’ve really noticed a difference in my sleep quality since I’ve deliberately increased my exposure to sunlight in the morning. It makes a difference, too, if you go without sunglasses, if possible. Easy, and FREE!
Yes! I'm so happy to hear that Tom. It really does make a difference, and you're right, easy and free! It's overall a great way to begin the day, with better sleep at the end of the day ☺
Great well-balanced class --especially if pressed for time (which I was this morning). Is that a Portuguese guitar? It's lovely.
Thank you Christy... so happy you enjoyed the class. It's a sitar. An Indian stringed instrument. My oldest son plays (and collects) almost every instrument, so I keep some of them displayed because they are so beautiful!
really perfect for me this morning - the breathing at the end was a lovely way to close this practice .
Wonderful Jo... I'm so happy you enjoyed it. Thank you so much for watching and practicing 🥰
For stroke patients, MS, or anyone with hemiplegia, everything from 24:45 onward can be done in bed, and is excellent for regaining and strengthening hip and glute control, and preventing contractures
Thank you so much for sharing this Tom. Such helpful information, especially for those who don't know how or where to find some of these movements. I always try to incorporate some sort of hip strength and mobility within my classes because it is important for all bodies, and I appreciate you pinpointing this section 🙏
NiceFlow,and instrument!!! 💁❤
Thank you, and thank you 🙏 It’s my son’s sitar… and it’s too beautiful to keep out of sight! ☺️
Lovely class -- packs a great punch in just 30 minutes!
Thank you so much Christy -- that's what I was hoping for! ☺💪
I'm trying to rebuild leg strength and coordination 3 years after a stroke. I can't YET do all of this, but the exercises in some of your other videos have been do-able and helpful for me at this stage, especially the ones that target the hips
Thank you for sharing and I'm so happy my videos are helping 🥰 The hips and core are the keys to strong movement, but the real key is your word "YET" .. so proud of you for staying with it and moving forward. Progress comes with consistent effort and success can show up in many different ways ❤

Haha do it! 😘
Bravo my bestie! ❤❤❤
Thank you beautiful! ❤️
this was really smooth, your energy is great, and the final meditation made me cry. we get so easily wrapped up in what we want or desire that we forget we have it all in this very moment. just being able to breahte is a gift and of itself. thank you!
Thank you so much Michelle, I’m so happy you enjoyed it. This meditation has the same effect on me, and I do it quite often. I’m happy it resonated with you, and you are so right… our ability to breathe is truly a gift 🙏
Simply Beautiful
Thank you so much. Appreciate you watching, and your thoughtful comment.
Just come across your video today and I really enjoyed your style! Sometimes when I watch other flow I feel it's too hurried; I haven't reach the right alignment or my feet or hand hasn't been in the right place and I end up feeling something's wrong from the practice. But your flow is the perfect speed for me, I can focus on correcting my alignment, but it is not too long that I end up giving up. Looking forward to another flow by you!
Hi Nesya... thank you so much for practicing! I'm so happy you enjoyed it and that it is a nice pace for you. I appreciate your comment very much. More coming soon!
Thanks for the great flow Kim! Trying to get back after breaking my elbow. I'm a work in progress!
You're welcome Susan, thank you so much for watching and doing! So sorry about your elbow and I hope you're healing well. Happy you're able to practice!
thank you - I really appreciate that you don't overtalk everything and that the music is low volume . Great start for you and I will look out for more 🧡
Thank you so much Jo. I really appreciate your feedback and support and happy you enjoyed 🥰
This was nice.
Thank you. So happy you enjoyed it.
