I run the buckle delete kit on all 4 connections of my marsupial. I’ve ran it that way for 3 years now and have no complaints. I think it’s the way to go to minimize bulk and extra noise.
@@MichiganAmBushOutdoors do you happen to know when FHF is supposed to be releasing the FOB? I'm in the market for a bino harness and I'm heavily leaning towards the Marsupial. I was considering the enclosed, but if it is as bulky as you say, I may consider the model you showed. I know I want a forward opening, so I am curious when FHF will release the new one to check that out as well. But I don't want to get caught up in paralysis by analysis over a bino harness either.
I would love to see a newer comparison with the FHF FOB and air frame harness. First impressions is that it is far superior. The magnetic is supposed to be super good and retention is great. But also the new chest rig v2 (with bino bucket add on) seems like a great option with much more functionality and flexibility.
Awesome review of each. I am in the market to get my bino harness. What about comfort between the two while wearing them? Is there any noticeable difference between the strap system that would make one more comfortable than the other. I am leaning toward the FHF. I like the fact that it might protect from dust a little better.
Thank you! I appreciate you watching and for the positive feedback. As long as you get the upgraded straps with the FHF, they are both very comfortable.
@@MichiganAmBushOutdoors I was referring to the add-on MOLLE wings that attach on the sides of the harness. I put the E3 on left side (with a TQ pouch too) and the rangefinder pouch on the right side (with a multitool pouch as well). So much versatility with them! On the lid is great too :)
Love my marsupial rig. One of my favorite pieces of kit.
I never go in the woods without my bino harness.

I am going to give it a try on the top buckles this year.
Not even that expensive, looks like
Great info on the bino packs. I am in the market for one. I like the Marsupial for the magnetic holds open.
I enjoy the marsupial harness a lot. I found out after posting this that FHF is also releasing a flip-forward harness. It's called the “FOB”.

Some time at the beginning of 2023 I believe. I'm also curious to test it out. FHF does make a great product. They just tend to be on the pricey side.

I have been wanting to check out the New FHF Fob. I have a few hunting buddies that have them and they speak highly of them.
Great review now you got me thinking about testing out a new bino harness
Thanks, man! There are a lot of great options but I have been really enjoying the Marsupial
Great review. I've only been using a strap but thinking of getting a harness for the upcoming season and this will help.
Thanks.
Let me know what you decide on getting!

Awesome video!
Thanks man!
The FHF wings are a game changer.
Are you talking about the wings on the lid? If so, I agree. I ran the FHF during my elk hunt and it was a great place to store my call.

On the lid is great too :)
@christopheroleary2512 that's awesome. Sounds like a sweet setup!
Wish I went with marsupial instead of fhf tbh
They both have their pros and cons.
i know you’ve seen the new FHF harness in specter 👀
Yes! It looks awesome. Very curious to test it out.
Too bad you can’t get the Mar with the FHF strap adjusters!
I'm sure you could modify it if you really wanted too.
Still, the Marsupial seems like the way to go
You won't be disappointed
The newest FHF FOB BLOWS YOUR MARSUPIAL AWAY
I am going to be checking one out for sure, but I won't use anything with magnetic when hunting.
