This is such a great layout. My only tweak would be to cut off the bunk's ability to use the master bath.

I would add a door from the master bedroom into the master closet that's in the bathroom area. So you can go from the bedroom, through the closet area, into the bathroom as an alternative to the hallway. Also add doors for privacy at both ends of the living space/ kitchen where the hallways begin and just after the butlers pantry so the bedroom and hallways are fully private in case you have guests and need to shower and then exit into the bedroom. It's possible to see right down the hallway to the bedroom door from the living quarters. Kind of awkward.

I would make the bunk room smaller and give it to the master bedroom. It can serve as a small office and cut off acess to master bath.
