Oh my goodness 😮why is the master suite up front?? The traffic noise will be terrible especially if teenagers are living there too!! Plus hot water heaters can be very noisy too!!!

Not everyone lives on a road, some want to see out front for safety. Try a thankless and some additional insulation. And maybe look at another plan.

@@jasongrinnell1986 I'm higher than Salt Lake. I'm at around 5,800 ft elevation. I think the basements are needed due to frozen ground and plumbing. Some basements are unfinished. Some are finished like ours. It doesn't look like a basement downstairs.
