Since these content makers think they make vids then can’t take time to reply to questions, I ended up finding a real person who actually wants to help and think I’m gonna roll with streamlabs instead
@@JUDGEME5150 there is no way to record video and your voice at the same time, He said that multiple times in the comments that they’re working on it. Streamlabs is the way to go although his version is not bad for certain reaction videos that you don’t have to listen to the audio you just talk ova the video

The only thing I don’t like is that you can’t pause the video and keep talking
If you are recording the video that I playing on your laptop then u can pause it.
I think the question related to when u are filming the reaction video you may not be able to pause the video to keep talking while filming ? Which if true sucks as I was about to download lol

Nice, but can't pause the background video so the background video plays over the reaction audio. Can't mute it either even if you split. Good effort.
Hey there, you can pause the background video by tapping on it while you record - you can watch how to do that here th-cam.com/users/shortsB0-ihms0eoA. You can also mute the background video by tapping on Volume and turning the volume all the way down.

This doesn’t help the app is very laggy and confusing. Also, it can’t change positions to a actual TH-cam video size.
Hey there, thanks for the feedback. You can change to horizontal aspect ratio - tap Aspect in the bottom menu of the recording view. You can also record horizontally by rotating your phone

In Detail you can change the layouts and swap the videos around so any video can be in any corner.

Question... Won't the algorithm immediately detect the video's music? This happens even when I'm trying to choose only "Royalty free" and "non-copyrighted" music to use in my content (ues, I know what royalty-free means...), so Id think videos BLASTING random music would be bad. Granted, I could probably mute them, and play non-copyrighted audio over them... Does anyone know for sure?

Am I the only one that goes upside when in landscape mode on the Detail app? And when I turn my head left to right the camera goes the opposite direction. I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max and I deleted the Detail app and redownloaded it, no luck.
Ooh, great catch! Sorry about that, we're fixing this in our next release (in a day or so).
A quick fix: Enable "Mirror Front Camera" in the "Camera Controls" menu in the settings (Go to Library in the top left, Settings top right).
This was fixed in our release last week. Thanks for the heads up!

We set the background audio to lower volume so you can talk over de video. We’re adding volume controls in the coming two weeks.
Are you allowed to just use any videos on TH-cam to make reaction videos because I’ve heard that the owner can go against you
but i cant make reaction videos holding the phone to record, thats stupid. are there any other was to screen share?
You can screen record and use your screen recording as your background video.

Next, tap the folder icon in Detail in the top left of the screen. Select "Reaction Video" in the "Get Started" section and select your screen recording. When you start recording, the screen recording will play in the background and you can react to the screen recording.
