My brother and I, we would couldn't beat this cheap ass game. They can just steal your life bar in one jab sequence on normal(US) 😢. I played the Japanese version on hard, and it was a completely different game, actually enjoyable .😅😢 talk about bad balance!

Try the Streets of Rage 3 Project mod by gsaurus. It improves the og game in several ways and makes better balance. You can find it on Steam.
