      Exactly! Counting calories for weight loss success is a myth because it fails to consider the type of foods we eat and their impacton our body.
      One calorie from a burger is not the same as one calorie from a piece of meat. The amount of Insiulin that pancreas produces when one calorie from carbohydrates enters the body isn't similar to when a calorie from meat enteres the body. It is Hyperinsulinemia that hurting your body, which you get because of carbohydrates and sugar.
      It's actually not very hard to understand that sugars like fructose are absorbed rapidly by your cells leading to a blood sugar spike whereas protein or fiber is digested much more slowly, keeping you fuller for longer.
