Thank you so much for your video. When I signed up for T-Mobile Internet I wasn't even told I would be receiving the equipment, he didn't go over anything other that signing me up and asking for payment information. I didn't realize until I received the Gateway that there was equipment to be used. (I thought I would be using my old equipment I was using previously with another internet company.) So finding your video really helped me in setup. And also the tip to not cancel my previous internet company for a few weeks was really helpful, I was ready to cancel tomorrow. Everything was very much appreciated.

    Hi Michael
I have had my T-Mobile internet since June works better than att dsl I had. About every 20 to 27 days the Wifi stops working. I reboot then it's fine. I get about 125 to 600 down. About 25 to 50 up. I like watching your channel because you take your time and don't rush.

As a tmobile rep. Your video rocks! Yes that's right. Non return fees and out of warranty fees for phones (not sure for the internet) is harsh and yea it can be very aggravating but its worth it when sent early. If you decided to cancel whenever you call support we'll have it cancelled and you'll get the return label automatically if not call us or chat support can assist you but heads up that the home internet is pretty new and needs to develop more in more areas so tmo is doing their best to expand to serve customers better! #WeAreTheUncarrierHeroesOnHeadsets 🎧🥰

This was SO HELPFUL. My gateway has a glitch in it and so I have no WiFi throughout the apt. After troubleshooting with two different customer care folks it was determined that I needed a replacement gateway so that's here but I'm pretty bad at network setups (I can build a computer with my eyes closed but networking is not my strong suit LOL) so this video just made putting the new gateway to work for me today seem much much easier and less stressful! Thanks so much! 😁

Well, I’m giving up on T-Mobile wireless and going back to Cox wireless. The blink camera and Samsung tv simply would not link to T-Mobile. My daughter tried the Samsung at her house with Cox and had no issues, so I know it’s T-Mobile. Plus, the very first rain storm we had (and not a bad one), T-Mobile was out for several hours. I was able to get Cox panoramic for 50 bucks a month for 2 years, which I’m happy with.

Live in a rural area and our ATT dsl sucked! Also our broadband dish service sucked and went down with power outages.
This has worked great for us with good speeds.

Just a heads up....there are only a limited amount of "slots" that you can get for the $50/mo unlimited data for your area. I called 3 months ago for my house we are building to confirm we were eligible. I'm located in a rural area. I should have signed up at that time but I waited and signed up about a week ago. There were no more "slots" available for the $50/mo unlimited data so I ended up getting the 300g $150/mo until a "slot" comes open. My advice, if they say you are eligible and there are unlimited slots available SIGN UP NOW! It truly is first come, first served.

It's a pain to change the network information on each device in your home. In my opinion, it's easier to change the T-Mobile SSID and password to your old internt's SSID and password. Easier to change one thing instead of 20.

How about Verizon? People have been here but I haven't decided yet. My phone has
been so terrible lately from AT&T...very slow. My son saw what I was talking about
today. I just don't know if I want to go through all of that again. I won't get T-Mobile.

Unfortunately, Verizon's home internet service isn't available where I live yet. If it becomes available, I will test it. As for wireless service, I only review (and use) low-cost prepaid carriers -- not Verizon, AT&T and T-Mobile.

Hello. I saw you need to scan a QR-code in order to complete the installation of the router.
What happens if later someone at my house scans the code again? Will that disconnect the modem and we need to activate it again? Or it will already set up and it will just give access to the app and the modem's settings?
      Thanks!
