What excites Dr. Himanshi Goel more than medicine

  • Delhi Memory Championship culminated successfully on 25th August 2024 by bringing memory athletes of different age group under one roof. It saw all the participants competing in their category with their power to memorise the most in the least amount of time.
    Let us hear it from a remarkable memory athlete, an MBBS doctor by profession Dr. Himanshi Goel.
    Dr. Himanshi, is a memory athlete. She participated in the Delhi Memory Championship event in 2024 and won medals and certificates in multiple disciplines. She also bagged 7th position in the overall tournament ranking. According to her it takes just 5 to 10 minutes of daily practice that can help you train your brain and boost your memory as a part of a healthy well being. And memory sports are a wonderful way to work on your mental health.
    All she did was practiced atleast one discipline everyday and voila she was among top 3 in 3 disciplines.
