Thank u so much for ur advising. The doz issue always trouble me coz if I put too little, it won’t be function-able. However too much might be harmful for some herbs….i’d like to know the general secure range if possible. Tks

Beautiful tea blend! ♥️. I loved your presentation style and how it included a holistic approach to treating stress. I'm saddened by the fact that our medical community, in general does not have sufficient info to use these wonderful herbs to support the healing process.

Good video, can't wait to try it. Can you turn the music down or use it intermittently, it seemed to permeat my brain. Maybe it's just my brain 🤯.

I agree, Stacy, your voice is great, we don't need the music the whole time.

What a remarkable video. I was surprised that one could make a 15 minutes video about making a herbal tea mix. I have been using a blend of camomile, peppermint and lavendar.

Love this. It's informative without being overloaded with unnecessary informative. The music is a bit overpowering tho.

Hi...just wondering how you dry those herbs? Using dehydrator or by the sunlight or something?

I like to clip mine on clothespins on a string and let dry in a cool dry place. I just go until I think they are dry. A google search would be helpful for dry times though.

Dehydrators are good if you want to speed up the process but personally I think air drying them help keep the natural oils in and makes it taste better :) some herbs need to be dried a certain way though so it doesn’t mold

Can you explain why you would steep this for 10-15 mins? I thought you usually steep herbals for 5 mins or it might get too bitter. Thanks!
