Hello there, I found your videos months back and gave myself every excuse in the book for not to do them consistently so now here today I am committing to doing this video every day for 30 days and I’m gonna see what happens. I eat relatively well, but obviously the 20 pounds did not come on just from menopause. so I’m changing my habits as well and drinking a lot of water. I’ll keep you updated. ❤

Hello Petra! Like old Ed used to say "That was a really good shoe (show)". Glad you encouraged us to finish to the end and so I did! Though I rarely do that. And your moves kept me on my toes as some were really original, and all were done with such enthusiasm that I was carried along for the ride. Thank you - this was a really great workout for this 71 and 1/2 year old lady!

Always enjoy your workouts. Because I can mostly do them or easy to figure out a quick adjustment for almost unbendable right knee. I just have trouble doing this often enough.

What do you think about the research that post menopausal women should lift heavy weights? Heavy being able to do 5-6, some say ten reps with good form, then onto another body part. Dr. Stacy Sims talks about it, for example.
Yes, if you can do it. If you can do more than 12, then the weight is too light. Make sure you have good form when lifting heavy as you can very easily injure yourself - so always look in a mirror when doing it. And I’m so glad you’re getting great results from my videos! 😊😊
Hi Petra Thank you so much for all these work outs ! I’m struggling with my body @48 after a total hysterectomy last november. Mindset is also hard .. I tried this workout this week and previous the menopause belly and wobbly tights workouts. But what’s the best way to exercise or to have the best and fastest results ? Every day a different workout or the same workout for 1 week and then changing to another one . Thank you !

@@petragenco That's an easy answer. 🤪 I discovered that my tong could be longer than my Luca's. My blue American Pitbull, he thinks mom lost her marbles and it is hilarious. Shame on me, such simple moves and I looked like I had run a marathon. But I absolutely love to dance so I will continue 'dancing with you' simply because i find it is so much fun. Thank you.,

Love the fast paced workout, seems effective and definitely doable. Let’s face it where most of us are over 50 watching this trainer and we all hate this techno computer minion so-called music. It’s distracting and annoying. one more thing, take us outside into the sunshine and trees to the beach or to the woods, not in the kitchen, where we have to spend hours of our lives
