Hi, im new here. Im 46 and premenopausal. My jobs are physical and i need to swim twice a week. I recently gained a lot of weight being off sick for a longer period of time with bleeding lungs. I feel so unfit and i dont like my looks despite trying to say positive things to myself. I have very small amount of time to train as i work long long hours. I found your exercises not too strenuous, easy to follow, not too long (lack of time) and the variety and the changing frequencies are motivating for my ADHD brain. I really enjoyed it after the first session. I try to do it every other day at least. Hopefully it gets rid of my belly and keeps me fitter. Thank you so much!❤❤❤
I’m here to say stick with it ladies! I have MS and am Menopausal. I follow Petra’s exercises 6times a week for 20 minutes and I’m losing a pound a week eating 1400 calories a day. It’s working! Petra keeps me motivated and smiling. I will get fit and healthy. We can do this! Thank you Petra for all your help 😊

Thanks for this . I am very uncoordinated so I’m finding it really hard but I am determined to persevere. Is there any way you can do silent version with just the timing sound indicating the next exercise. The music is horrendous

Petra has great workouts, despite the fact that her timing is awful. Just don't watch the screen and listen to the beat.
I have just watched one of your short videos in which you recommend eating high protein meals, suggesting beef, eggs etc. If you’ve ever witnessed their brutal conditions and then the slaughter, being a compassionate human, you’d never advocate for this abominable torture and suffering of gentle sentient creatures. Protein is readily available from plant foods. ❤️
