loved this video. Just the perfect time and the perfect speed. I am 68 and I am now addicted to this channel. Love the pace.... and music is such a good beat to motivate me . I'm motivated even more because I can pretty much keep up with the pace. I don't feel like a loser who can't keep up.
Absolutely love your work outs. I particularly love the 30 min walk 3000 steps one and I also add the 15 mins tone up with weights together so I have done a good 45 mins workout. Even got my Hubble doing them. Great easy to follow exercises from standing . Love them. Thanks Petra 😊
Just finished my off day workout 😁☺️😁...I do these on my days off and the 15 min workout before work...I be looking forward to waking up in the morning just to workout..its a part of my morning routine now..and I feel SOOOO good the rest of the day..Thank you Petra and have a blessed beautiful Saturday...I surely will after this..lol 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Petra Genco thank you so so but so much for your videos. I started september 1st 2023 and I am doing this 28 minute workout with 24 day kettle bell. I am telling you I start seeing result within 2 weeks, no jokes arround. I am not done yet but belly is almost flat now. Petra Genco YOU ARE THE BEST!!💝💯💪💪

I love the way you present your workouts they are so simple to follow since I’ve been out of tune for many years. At first I was doing this at my own pace but now I’m right up there with you. Love your 12 minute ab workout as well 😊
I just discovered this tonight. I am totally interested and tried some of the shorts and then came across this. I have tried everything for this stubborn belly fat. I just want to feel better about myself and stay healthy. I'm 71 yrs young ... I've always been very active except this past year with big changes in my life. I really need this "pick me up". Glad I came across your videos. I'm excited to try and I am praying this will work...thanks 😊

The flow from one move to the next is seamless, the music matches your pace and is inspirational, it’s easy to follow, I love the window that shows the next upcoming move and I love the counter!!! This video is challenging and had me sweating, which is great. I added hand weights for an extra challenge. I’m looking forward to more of these videos!

I'm 44 and thought i was pretty fit, but at 20 mins in, i had a stitch, and my legs were burning. I pushed through and finished (with encouragement from the other half) 😂 definitely on my playlist now
