So I made my V look exactly how Ziggy Q does not knowing who he is and when I rewatched the intro sequence halfway through the game and saw Ziggy I was like "What? V becomes a media?"
im pretty sure the diaologue in this is mixed up. ziggy asks how jefferson would fix night city, jefferson responds by saying that actually unemployment is up because of pacifica. ziggy asks if jefferson agrees that unemployment is down, jefferson responds by saying how he would fix night city
Honestly, just listen how politicians in the west answer questions. It is not about answering the question, but about expressing your best qualifications or deminishing other's while answering the question.
