I don't think any of those BIOS items require a double-click. On mine, they are all single click. If I use double click as you describe, I end up turning something on then off again and I end up where I started with no changes made.
The cursor disappeared during the installation and after installing I can't use the internet function 😢 any advice please? Edit: the cursor shows up in BIOS but not during the installation setup.

Done all the steps, I then tried to manually select the USB HDD(My USB) by pressing F12 and choosing the USB HDD but it doesn't load

What happen when you go into bios and ask for a password and you dont know the password.
You need to desolder the bios chip and flash new firmware to it using a svod programmer or you can change your motherboard which will cost you a lot.
