Man that looks like some superb slices of roast beef. Put that between 2 slices of bread with the right condiments, and the steak fries and the refreshing coolness from the pickled broccoli and you got a meal fit for a king. Excellent job my brother👍💯
Hello again I just smoked two eye of round roast beef that I put in a pastrami brine . The flavor is good but it’s to chewy I’ll go back to doing my Pastrami with brisket . If you don’t try it you won’t learn right ?
I just found your video because youtube put in my newsfeed, I'm glad I watched it because it was very thorough in the process of each step and I that. I'm a new subscriber because of this one video.

Not only are you an excellent chef You are an artist visually stunning presentations always do it for me because if it doesn't look good I'm not touching it I really like how you pay attention to details and when you're making your food presentation you use different plates It always just looks so beautiful and healthy thanks again for the ideas....... This plate looks so appetizing. I love marinated vegetables, chow chow and bread and butter pickles I know the pickled broccoli is delicious too. You can never go wrong with homemade steak fries. (iwantaplate)...lol
OkOk, I'm going to stick around and I'm not going anywhere LOL because that looked absalutly delish and with the price of meat right now a great option ! I've never seen a cast iron option of the egg, love that thing, cheers from Candada, I liked and subbed buddy, keep up the good work !
Thank you, and I'm so happy your meal came out perfect. This is what it's all abought for us to learn from one another God bless and thank you for watching.
I really enjoy your videos. If the roast is left on a little longer would it become more tender would be the question that I have. I love eyeround roast but my wife is all about tenderness.
Everything looks Great I want to cook an eye of round ref and use as cold beef for sandwiches, your end product looks great. Cast Iron Kamato interesting, I thought about kamato Joe but they have went up quite a bit, Im liking the weber kamato, my kettle is still my go to. The weber kamato is limited where the kettle with accessories has so many options.
Looks amazing, especially cut thin and still pink at this temp. Just watched a video of cooking an eye round brisket style as well. I have a large beef knuckle that I will cut in half using one half to make "prime rib" sandwiches like this and let the other cook long to make pulled beef. My eyes tell me this first way cut thin is going to be a better fit for this cut. l appreciate you showing how you make it a meal as well. Great content/presentation.
That’s a nice cooker!! I know I’m late to the party but when I first saw it in one of your latest videos I dug thru your videos just to see what brand it was!! Nice channel by the way!! Subscribed and Happy Holidays!!!
Wow the roast was cooked to perfection! I've never cooked beef eye round before, not even in the oven! I assume u cook it low and slow. Going to try to the pickeld broccoli! Thanks for the info.
Well , my Goldens came in last month, the same one you have with the cart, your absolutely right they are heavy, the cart is a must, and oh can they cook. Pickled broccoli huh, paired up with a good eye of round, I like it but I wouldn't say no to any of your meals.
Like cooking on a huge bowling ball lol you're going to love that grill just don't park it on a hill she well get away from you and pick up speed fast. Also the temperature gage will spin all the way round if you overheat the grill. I hit 15oo deg and did not know it. When I opened up the grill flames shot out with lots of force. The good Lord was on my side that day so be careful not to do that. Hope this helps and thank you for watching.
@@bbqsouthernstyle I understand, thanks for the warning. Generally my temps are low and well monitored, anything above 400 is a rarity. Glad you survived the backdraft, scary to even imagine.
I fired her up and went into the house for like 25 min forgot to check on it. The outside of the grill was just worm to the touch so I opened it lol smh the green egg would never get that hot and if it did it would crack. I also like to self clean at 800 deg and oil her back up from time to time when she cools down.

That bbq is a beast, lol. how many people does it take to move it. This may be a noob question, but can I achieve the same results on my weber with this cut? Lastly, thanks for the tips through your vids, I've watched a lot of vids lately and your Southern style has been my go-to.
Lol yes she is a bad beast and yes you can do this on your weber all day. I am so glad you like and are learning from the videos. Stick around season 2 is going to be off the chain. Also that weber is a beast when used correctly.
Simple. When you salt and pepper the meat you can see how much you put onto the meat. When you just put a random amount in the marinade you may be over or under on the salt and pepper. Hope this helps and thanks for watching.

No, I don't injection my red meats. More hole's equal less juice
