Younger generations don’t realise how good Michael Laudrup was. For me he was even better than Zidane

I see them very very similar level. Laudrup a bit better going forward with driling, passes etc, but Zidane a bit better going backward. Of course you could then argue that their main role was going forward. But either way, very similar level and some of the greatest both

Since 1990 there have been three wonderful “10” in European football: Laudrup, Zidane and Iniesta. And Bellingham is going to be the next one. All of them different but equally wonderful

I believe what Michael laudrup is saying is that sometimes you dont need to practice to do certain dribbling tricks, sometimes you just do things naturally or learn things naturally because your mind tells you its the right way to do it or the only way to do it. It's all about having that fast reaction and timing with your mind, body, legs and feet. Dribbling isn't about speed its about how fast and intelligent you can react while keeping your composure steady. Its why some legends like zidane were so elegant at dribbling

Agreed. The worst human mathematician still has the best computer ever created between his ears. Berbatov said the same when asked about his genius move prior to the pass to Ronaldo vs West Ham. Never practiced, it just felt like the right thing to do. th-cam.com/video/KKNZDP-iRE4/w-d-xo.html

I play football and this is true, I haven't practiced skills hundred times but still do them sometimes naturally
