Quick note on some of the footage in this video. While half of the reenactment footage was indeed Aztec, the other half was from the movie 'apocalypto' which was predominantly Mayan. Final Fantasy Peasant i tagged you on a post about Ifrit and Ardyn. to me; it would make more sense if Solheim used the "Tower" to sent light to "Goddess" to help her because ifrit trapped her down there. this would be why Ifrit was imprisoned however Ardyn needed his assistance to find her so he could rid body of scourge. shit went south and Ardyn is the one who tore her heart out (in a fit of rage perhaps after being rejected her light-gave into datkness). Just curious if anyone has a theory connecting some of this to the fact that those dungeons are only accessible at night? Perhaps part of the betrayal was that they began to veer away from light and the dawn, opting to work in darkness instead, or demons are only active at night so they had to work in the darkness in order to try their experiments?
I bet most of these theories are just really good fan fiction because I just can't understand why would the developers make all of this if they don't use it in the actual game. It's pointless.

The disc of Cauthess is a what kind of puzzle? I am a Latinist, currently training to become a Latin teacher, and would like to know exactly where Perona77 is getting their Latin from. Some of their translations seem VERY questionable to me.
Not only their translations, the whole theory is VERY questionable. It's not even a theory anymore, it's getting out of hand, this stuff is totally made up! I mean, they even had the courage to say that the arches have been created by the Titan because he is the...ARCHaean. Dude. But everyone seems to blindly believe anything at this point.
Ya its gone off of the deep end badly. Since FFXV's release I've heard that the game is actually Draco and Maria's Opera from FF VI, that its FFVII in the future, that XV and VII are parallel universes, that there are multiple timelines now, that FFXV is essentially Stephen Kings The Dark Tower series, and now that Ifrit is the hero for rescuing his beloved based on VS artwork and concepts from 6 years ago and then just went to crazy down on Doomtrain from there The only things for certain are that XV is quite good despite realistically should have been terrible, given that other developers botch games with much less internal turmoil. Another certainty is that like the original FF online XIV and the remake 2.0, this game shows just how badly SE mishandles their own projects over the last decade or so. If they could get Nomura as creative director and Tabata as game director and have them focus on ONE thing, they would be able to get back to producing polished top quality games. But their business and design choices are all over the place.
Haha yeah and the more it goes on the more absurd it gets. Let's take the crystal for example. First it was the "heart of Eos" because the Ravatogh has a heart-shaped cavern (which doesn't even resemble a heart, but let's believe it); now it' a uterus or a womb because Noctis enters it. ...What if it is just a crystal given to humans by the gods, as clearly stated in the game? We also know that previous scripts of the game featured at least 4 crystals, so the uterus theory couldn't even apply in the old story! The whole Ravatogh theory itself is based on the wrong translation of "炎の神" (God of Flames, not ''pyreburner"). But hey, why checking the original before making up a theory?
Solheim definitely. I would kill for a prequel game of sorts for this game where we either explore the history of the Great War of Old, or Ardyn's tale. Unfortunately Square seems more interesting in giving us power ranger suits. :(
There is not unfortunately. I've seen playthroughs. It's basically a children's bedtime story in a sidscrolling beat em up. Interesting, but it doesn't go indepth into anything and it's hard to say whether the end boss was true or just Regis pimping up the story for Noct. That said, I'm less interested in Regis and co than I am in the ancient history of this game. I would like to see the stories from 2000 or so years ago told. I don't much care what Regis and his band did in his time. :(
Sees video in Subscriptions "Oh yeah, Solheim, that other thing that's not in the game and means nothing." Begins watching video "Clocks? Dave's tattoos? Really?" Here's a theory: Umbra was Ardyn all along! We never see the two together and Ardyn's clothes have the same colors as Umbra, and we know it's true because Ignis and Bahamut are secret lovers because Ignis is one of Bahamut's attacks in FFXIII, and all the gods are actually giant sex robot's created by Verstale, which is why Prompto want's to bone Cindy so bad because she's blond like Eos who is actually Celes because FF6 was a huge inspiration for FFXV and Stella was actually Noctis's mother who turned into the Marilith because Stella means star, which is a reference to Star Platinum from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure which is also where Noctis's Ultimate pose comes from, because Kingdom Hearts 3 2018 confirmed!!! Because that all makes about as much sense as this and the last theory you posted. Peasant, I love you man, but come on, someone else made a pretty good theory and now you're just taking whatever they say as gospel to try to prove that FF15 isn't shit like so many people are saying. (Which I agree with, it is not shit.)
u know whats funny about Ifrits story it feels like someone took Sephiroths and made a Religion from it xd Eos=Jenova Ifrit=Seph all is there the death, the containment... the use of her power, the meteor, he even took her womb/heart = Jenovas head! would be a funny easteregg even if unwanted xd
You missed a very important fact! that 2000 years ago when Ifrit went down to pitioss for Eos that when they finally climbed out with her and they fused on the top of the rock of ravatough, the seismic waves reached all the way down to hammerhead. This caused a huge atomic explosion as the waves triggered some plutonium along the way causing Ardyn to become evil and then 2000 years later when noct finally gets lured into killing ardyn , Regis turned back time and instead of Noct and the bros, the Easter bunny was born
Joe Stefano omg, i totally missed that. those writers at square enix sure know their Easter mythology. if you look at the group of bushes near the road to hammerhead and squint you can totally make out the Easter Bunny. this is insane, peasants, insane
i swear, u make it so much more interesting for this game. The amount of research u do to uncover all the lore and hidden stories that they seemingly put into this game is astounding. So much history from Norse mythology, lore from summons and even job related lore from the red mages.. u really make this game a complete tale. which kinda makes sense why SE is putting so much into, still, developing this game.. they put a lot of time and money into developing this universe and making it soooo immersive. they want to get their moneys worth
Further thing to support this theory is the very name Solheim - home of the sun. And with Niflheim being the world you have to pass through to enter Helheim (the underworld) in norse mythology, the name of this new nation is a funny little twist of the name of the old one. Wonder who came up with that name...
I knew there was something about Dave's tattoo! It had a lady on his arm and I wondered if it was a goddess. I am also connecting this to one of my ideas that Dave's mother and aunt were servants of the Gods, like Gentiana
Pez. I must apologize for not being to make your streams as of late, man. I miss the lifestream crew and hanging out with you. Thank you for making these videos and content as it has been the closest thing to hanging out with you, because i have been very busy lately.
I love your theories Pez. I don't believe for a second that they're true, or that Square thought even half as deep about things as you think they have, but they are entertaining :) The problem for me in me believing in these theories comes from the fact that their foundation is just a head-canon. A compelling one for sure, but still only a head-canon. I don't doubt that some elements could possibly be true, but it's not enough to convince me that FF15's story is anything more than what we got. What's the phrase? Look hard enough for something and you will find it? Keep on being you Pez. I look forward to the Messenger video!
If Tabata simplified the story, that itself is reason why it wouldn't be true. If that's the case, then the story has been simplified, and all these complex stories have been simplified into what we actually got in the game. Which is nothing close to what's in these theories, ergo, they are no longer true in the FFXV universe if they ever even were.
Dee When those ideas are completely missing from the game and are never hinted at let alone anything more substantial. Yeah it means those ideas didn't make it to the final product. Could they have been potential ideas that never made it, sure it's possible. But it doesn't really matter, it's not in the game now. It's not part of the world, lore, or story.
I very much believe that's what inspired them to do so... there is even lore bits on items... FFXV leveling up is already inspired by dark souls game...
Square 'Thanks for giving us credit for a place we cut out of the game.and didn't think much of it' Heres the Womb and heart,we need to find her Pussy next. It contains the greatest secret of all time! I am not sure how theres 9 astrals when they stated in the astrals war there.was.only 6. The other 3 wouldve been mentioned somewhere. Its too important to leave out. Pit of Pitoss story about Eos and Ifrit will be the only thing I will believe. The further it gets stretched.the more it doesnt add up. Ardyn was the original King betrayed by Izunia, seeking revenge. Its that simple. No complication needed.
FanJasBoy the Solfiem theory seems 80% legit to me concidering they are a major plot hole, and the dungeon archetecture kinda fills that plot hole. Ardyn and Izunia dont count as astrals because they are only half god or demigod, if you try and say they arnt children of Eos than you cant catch onto a train in ur face.
I don't intend to undermine your fantastic accomplishment but to ask a question that has been bugging me: Was it really meant to be a battle that took hours? I suck at games a lot (and at XV) but I beat it in well under an hour when I went to take it on. With Normal Difficulty. Which is why the videos about beating it in under X hours have been puzzling. Did I glitch it out somehow?
I always felt that the crystal was shaped like a womb on the inside. Did not help that Noct end up getting sucked in there and reborn as the one to end the world or ruin.
I love your theory videos! So well detailed and I hope that SE comes out and confirms these! This would make the game so much better like BloodBorne with its Lore! Making it way more detailed big time! I'd love to find out if all this is true! I can see Ignis trying to teach this stuff to Noct while he's in school and doesn't pay attention! Lol
these videos give me life! though unfortunate that we need these to feel the story more instead of just the game my deepest respect goes to all and any researcher out there making these vids and sharing with us!!
Well I'll continue to believe in these even if I'm the odd one out for doing so. The whole theory concept for me started with the Mass Effect Indoctrination Theory and I've never been one to dismiss them especially with the amount of supporting evidence being shown. Keen up the great work Pez & company.
I love this theory about the disc being a giant clock or some sort of astronomical instrument, and Etro a slave to Solheim. What do you make of the fact that Somnus's tomb is right next to the Meteor in the game? If the clock was destroyed 2000y ago, how come the founder king of Lucis is entombed in these ruins?
You know that sad feeling you get after completing a good game and it feels like the journey is over? Thanks to you I haven't felt that yet. The best part is I did almost no side content and completed only one optional dungeon.
it is mind blowing I read the pitioss theory and from a fandom point it makes perfect fucking sense I even went as far as creating a another part to the theory to why ifrit loathe humans and why bahamut created the ring and Royal arms
This was amazing to watch!! There is a myth that an Aztec emperor had mistaken the Spanish invaders leader as Quetzalcoatl. I'm wondering if this is related to Ifirit and the starscourge? In some myths Quetzalcoatl was seen as light, justice, mercy and wind. What actually happened was the Spanish invaded and disease wiped out the population. Maybe the people of solheim thinking that Ifirit freeing Eos their light and Godess of dawn back to them. But what happened was a backfire for them. Ifirit bringing Eos's body back from Pitioss, burning the body to body and the starscourge that had infected her into the wind and Ifirit's attack on Solheim as punishment for their beliefs. That's just what I started thinking of from watching the video.
Oh my dear lord I was so convinced that the Crystal is Eos' heart but now that you say it's her womb it's much more logical! They displayed an artwork of Etro/Eos in versus 13 trailer where there's a hole in her stomach this matches your theory perfectly!
A note to clarify: Babylonian and Akkadian astronomy and religions affected later astronomies and religions which is why a number of allusions to the most ancient religions will seem to be tie ins with more contemporary religions, but it really isn't necessary. It's far more likely that they saved on the legwork and just went to the oldest magicko-religious texts for backstory. Easy peasy.
21:03 reminded me of the Bible in John 3, when Jesus was talking to Nicodemus: "3 Jesus replied, “Very truly I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless they are born again.[a]” 4 “How can someone be born when they are old?” Nicodemus asked. “Surely they cannot enter a second time into their mother’s womb to be born!” 5 Jesus answered, “Very truly I tell you, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless they are born of water and the Spirit. "
I like that the story isnt throw in you face and you havent to watch every cutscene to know everthing, you actually have to look at your surroundings and find it yourself
Listening to this made me think of the shapes of Steyliff and Costlemark. You say Steyliff is like a womb, basically being a giant box with an opening in the middle, and it's the place where Solheim attempted to obtain immortality. I was thinking of how Costlemark is long and cylindrical, and ultimately ends in a tip, and its the place where they gathered the energy. Conclusion: If Steyliff is a giant vagina dungeon, then Costlemark is a giant sun penis.
there was a war in type 0 that involved astrals. What if that was the old war. Also I think the story in type 0 is a time loop as well. So when 15 was still part of the nova crystallis, you can see the connections now. Time travel, war, astrals.
Hey peasant, I found a weird glitch (most likely) or an easter egg (if you can interpret it), but i think its cool n you should check it out, tell us wut you think of it, plus i don't think anyones caught on to this yet, not that I know of. Ok, so after you beat the titan mission, the aura of the comet disappears right? Well if you go to the lake near Alstor Slough and look at the reflection of the comet through the lake, you'll see that the aura is still there... is that on purpose? or jus a glitch that needs to be patched?
I may be wrong now, but as far as I remember... didn't the other kingdoms have their own cristals and just insomnia was able to keep the last one? how many hearts/wombs/thingies would Eos have had then? Not too convincing, don't you think? I wouldn't fokus only on this couple's theories. Some things they seemingly see in some pictures are doubtable.
Tidus8319 well that was the original story from Versus XIII. There is no mention of other crystals in XV or its overall mythology so it's probably something that was written out during the transition
Chaotic Heretic is it? Hmm never mentioned in the game or any official source material that I'm aware of. Can you provide a source? I'd like to see that
ok, i thought t'was in the kingsglaive intro, but it wasn't. but anyway... i read the article and some interpretation just seems a bit too far fetched... the hierarchy also sounds a bit off.
There's a difference between feeding people the story and purposefully hide the key points of a story so that only a few players will find it. Ifrit's place in the story just isn't explained when you play the game, and that is a flaw. Ifrit just turns up as the evil guy. Why? No info unless you dig the story out in post-game Pitioss.
There needs to be a whole video on the whole theme of advance ancient civilizations in the Final Fantasy series. They all virtually have one and each game has to deal with the sins of said ancient civilization whether it’s the main story or a side quest
People keep saying that they don't think SE thought this deeply and had made this much story and history behind what we saw in FFXV, here's what I have to say... If you research about storytelling, or writing a novel, you will find that as the author/creator, you are supposed to know 100 things about the world and tell the reader only 1. It's that ratio. The reader will only come to know 1% of the world that you have created. If we saw less than what they originally wanted to show us, then potentially there IS another 99.5% of history that we didn't get told in the game.
Peasant! Take a look at this theory about Anglegard! Angelgard could be a kind of place where Ardyn was sealed for the first time before the astrals started their sleeping period. Today, watching again this place in detail in the video below I can think of that theory to be true: Titan: Maybe the whole island and its special form because of some collision? also the prison section is a big rock Shiva: There is some kind of ice structure sealing the place from the top, with a very similar shape as classic shivas ice diamond attacks Bahamut: The prison is surrounded by his swords maybe, they remind me a lot of the ones he uses in the final chapter fighting Ifrit Leviathan: Its an island, maybe it was surrounded by aggressive currents or due too its eroded form on the sides in some kind of circular pattern , a giant water swirl or whirlwind (My English is not very good, im triying to say a kind of water tornado around) was always around the island Ramuh: Maybe a permanent storm around the island, using the swords of bahamut as conductors to imprison Ardyn in a permanent thunder storm What do you think? Here is the link: th-cam.com/video/-dgnezk1Kio/w-d-xo.html
I love the video, but small nitpick: the pronunciation of Quetzalcoatl, maybe it's a British thing or something else but it's pronounced Ket-Zel-Coh-Ah-tel.
ok seriously, FFXV is propably the only game that has more fun theories AFTER ITS RELEASE rather that before!!!
holy Eos!!!

Jade Baker It could represent the tower of babel from FFIV Kappa
It could represent either , where do you think they most like got the idea for the tower of Babel in IV ? From the bible story in the old testament
If Arden is like Lucifer, then we shouldn't believe half of what he says, since you know he's the father of lies
This explains the mariachi outfit! Noctis confirmed Mexican. Thanks Peasant >:3c
I love the story in FFXV. It may have so many untold stories but you're doing an amazing job in bringing these missing information to light!
These are my favorite. And also another point for the Chrystal being the womb, noctis is seen floating through oblivion in the fetal position
are you going to explain why bahamut was in eos womb
Thank you!!!!!! I've been wondering about that for some time, like wtf you doing in there bro. It looks almost like he's in the universe's hookah lounge.

The disc of Cauthess is a what kind of puzzle? I am a Latinist, currently training to become a Latin teacher, and would like to know exactly where Perona77 is getting their Latin from. Some of their translations seem VERY questionable to me.
Cesar Castaneda it says he went through A lot of trouble so it might be questionable
feel free to hit the link up in the decription for peronas full breakdown :)
Since FFXV's release I've heard that the game is actually Draco and Maria's Opera from FF VI, that its FFVII in the future, that XV and VII are parallel universes, that there are multiple timelines now, that FFXV is essentially Stephen Kings The Dark Tower series, and now that Ifrit is the hero for rescuing his beloved based on VS artwork and concepts from 6 years ago and then just went to crazy down on Doomtrain from there
The only things for certain are that XV is quite good despite realistically should have been terrible, given that other developers botch games with much less internal turmoil.
First it was the "heart of Eos" because the Ravatogh has a heart-shaped cavern (which doesn't even resemble a heart, but let's believe it);
now it' a uterus or a womb because Noctis enters it.
...What if it is just a crystal given to humans by the gods, as clearly stated in the game? We also know that previous scripts of the game featured at least 4 crystals, so the uterus theory couldn't even apply in the old story!
The whole Ravatogh theory itself is based on the wrong translation of "炎の神" (God of Flames, not ''pyreburner"). But hey, why checking the original before making up a theory?
I want a full game that includes, solheim, nifelheim, etc.
Nayukhuut episode Ardyn would be dope.
That's not gonna happen. SE doesn't care about hardcore fans, as long as it makes money, SE will NOT do anything further
Righteous1 So True ,it's a must.
Sees video in Subscriptions
"Oh yeah, Solheim, that other thing that's not in the game and means nothing."
Begins watching video
"Clocks? Dave's tattoos? Really?"
Here's a theory: Umbra was Ardyn all along!
I love you man.
*vigorous clap until hands are raw*
this is the best man!
I was searching for a comment like this, thank you
I take it back. FF15 is shit.
titan to Uranus, i am giggling like i'm in middle school again
u know whats funny about Ifrits story it feels like someone took Sephiroths and made a Religion from it xd Eos=Jenova Ifrit=Seph all is there the death, the containment... the use of her power, the meteor, he even took her womb/heart = Jenovas head! would be a funny easteregg even if unwanted xd
I love your channel Pez. I really do. Your analysis of FFXV makes me appreciate it more than I initially did. Thank you.
Joe Stefano ohhhh...my brrah
You are my favourite youtuber! Everything I want in a channel . Thank you!
"Quetzalcoatl" is pronounced "KET-zell-KWAH-toll."
I didn't know how to pronounce it for quite some time, either.
I don't believe for a second that they're true, or that Square thought even half as deep about things as you think they have, but they are entertaining :)
The problem for me in me believing in these theories comes from the fact that their foundation is just a head-canon.
Huh, it'd almost scary how well all that goes together...
my friend you have put together so many things that i have noticed like Daves tattoos nd have blown my mind great work
i always enjoy watching these theory videos. well done.
what is the soundtrack in the background at 32:30?
*Dark Souls XV
I very much believe that's what inspired them to do so... there is even lore bits on items...
FFXV leveling up is already inspired by dark souls game...
Square 'Thanks for giving us credit for a place we cut out of the game.and didn't think much of it'
Heres the Womb and heart,we need to find her Pussy next.
Ardyn and Izunia dont count as astrals because they are only half god or demigod, if you try and say they arnt children of Eos than you cant catch onto a train in ur face.
beat the adamantoise in 2 hours, no guide...today was a good day
christopher box damn really??? I did it with a simple tip of using the zwillcrossblades and it still took me over 2 hours ;w;
Raikunai iron duke, my friend.
i cant get zwill coz that mofo is too hard to beat.
Ngl I beat it under 10-18 mins
so nice to see tgis in my sub box so early in the morning :) thanks pez!
I always felt that the crystal was shaped like a womb on the inside. Did not help that Noct end up getting sucked in there and reborn as the one to end the world or ruin.
Your theory videos make me want a 15-2.
This video is great and I love the last info about the crystal being the womb. It make me laugh so hard. Thumps up! Choppo!
Loving the theory videos as per Pez!! Amazing content sir.
I'm simply beside myself dude, good lord. Whatever this mystery DLC is, I really hope it delves deeper into some of these theories.
I loooove these theory videos
plus your voice is so amazing
hehehhee
thank you for all these vids
I love your theory videos! So well detailed and I hope that SE comes out and confirms these! This would make the game so much better like BloodBorne with its Lore! Making it way more detailed big time! I'd love to find out if all this is true! I can see Ignis trying to teach this stuff to Noct while he's in school and doesn't pay attention! Lol
Dark Misstrust keep waiting all this is Bullshit fantheory
Love the theory videos. Keep up the good work!
Impressive work as always.
got a longgg wait in the barbershop. so glad this popped up
Another great video, I'm loving your theory videos, keep em comin!
Love your videos, man. Keep it up.
these videos give me life!
though unfortunate that we need these to feel the story more instead of just the game my deepest respect goes to all and any researcher out there making these vids and sharing with us!!
Well I'll continue to believe in these even if I'm the odd one out for doing so. The whole theory concept for me started with the Mass Effect Indoctrination Theory and I've never been one to dismiss them especially with the amount of supporting evidence being shown. Keen up the great work Pez & company.
No one is wondering what is the Adamantoise backstory?
JoasXCloud giant monster scream for 2 years before getting tired and going to sleep for 2 eons. fin.
JoasXCloud Atlas' pet turtle CONFIRMED!!! omg peasants!!!
"Guys we need something impressive for the trailers!"
"Say no more fam!"
Wow, I was very disapointed of the final story but its amazing ! Everything is disimilated !
Well perhaps it didnt happen as long ago as we thought or maybe it was built long after the event
Lol I had to watch this twice. super excited to see what you got coming for Ardyn
Love you peasant. You do so much for the FF community. Great Video as always. Square should hire you.
How do you get noctis to fly??? @7:10
Easy peasy.
i think your theories are on point. I wish they added it in the game.
21:03 reminded me of the Bible in John 3, when Jesus was talking to Nicodemus: "3 Jesus replied, “Very truly I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless they are born again.[a]”
4 “How can someone be born when they are old?” Nicodemus asked. “Surely they cannot enter a second time into their mother’s womb to be born!”
5 Jesus answered, “Very truly I tell you, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless they are born of water and the Spirit. "
I love how I have to come to TH-cam for some guy to explain the lore just because a full priced game lacked it
Damn so much hidden story!!!! Now I need to replay the game again!!! Awesome theory videos Pez love them!!!
One day it's a heart, another day it's a womb. My god. Feels like Ryan Higa's crazy theories
My mind blows every time I watch one of your videos. How many hours do spend researching per week?!
can someone please tell me what the title of the song is that Pez is playing at the very end of this video?
Freund would be so a big fan of XV. Maybe his work was a inspiration for square
there was a war in type 0 that involved astrals. What if that was the old war. Also I think the story in type 0 is a time loop as well. So when 15 was still part of the nova crystallis, you can see the connections now. Time travel, war, astrals.
What was that artbook we saw in the middle of the video? Where can I get it?
Hey peasant, I found a weird glitch (most likely) or an easter egg (if you can interpret it), but i think its cool n you should check it out, tell us wut you think of it, plus i don't think anyones caught on to this yet, not that I know of.
Ok, so after you beat the titan mission, the aura of the comet disappears right? Well if you go to the lake near Alstor Slough and look at the reflection of the comet through the lake, you'll see that the aura is still there... is that on purpose? or jus a glitch that needs to be patched?
Quet-zal-coat-al.
As an 8 year old playing FF8 I called it "Quexy-cottle" :P
dont worry even today... I cant fuking spell it right xd
Good reference to the Aztecs and Mayans, really nice indeed ~
SquareSoft have just released a statement that Ifrit is trying to groom Noctis for his own sexual gratification!
Mind BLOWN!!!!!!!
TheSuperWayne
Actually the multiple crystals thing was confirmed to still be cannon in FF15.
Chaotic Heretic is it? Hmm never mentioned in the game or any official source material that I'm aware of. Can you provide a source? I'd like to see that
I remember it being in an interview, but I can't find it so feel free to ignore me for now, but i'm still looking.
ok, i thought t'was in the kingsglaive intro, but it wasn't.
but anyway... i read the article and some interpretation just seems a bit too far fetched...
the hierarchy also sounds a bit off.
33:12 Titan to your what? 🤨😂
😂😅
How can you have story spoilers in a game where they forgot the story?
Soulsborne
Thisisname never forgot the story it's all there...it was just not fed to you the way ppl are use to
There's a difference between feeding people the story and purposefully hide the key points of a story so that only a few players will find it. Ifrit's place in the story just isn't explained when you play the game, and that is a flaw. Ifrit just turns up as the evil guy. Why? No info unless you dig the story out in post-game Pitioss.
+Alex Gipson.
The story needs to be shoved in my face at every step of the way or else I won't acknowledge it. *:D*
I'm pretty sure when a youtuber has to explain 95% of the lore, you have a problem.
final fantasy peasant is a legend love your vids
The sun clock and a lot of Solheim theory makes a lot of sense
There needs to be a whole video on the whole theme of advance ancient civilizations in the Final Fantasy series. They all virtually have one and each game has to deal with the sins of said ancient civilization whether it’s the main story or a side quest
Where do you get your music ar
Where did you get that awesome book??
Where is the green eye picture from that keeps being used for Izunia?
Hey pez Ik this is irrelevant but I did my college course interview today and it went really well so happy 🏄🏻♀️🏄🏻♀️💥
Great vid as usj ma boi!!
congratz chilli! I am please for you me ol' chum :D
Can I get the music credits for the song at the end of this video
People keep saying that they don't think SE thought this deeply and had made this much story and history behind what we saw in FFXV, here's what I have to say...
If you research about storytelling, or writing a novel, you will find that as the author/creator, you are supposed to know 100 things about the world and tell the reader only 1. It's that ratio. The reader will only come to know 1% of the world that you have created.
If we saw less than what they originally wanted to show us, then potentially there IS another 99.5% of history that we didn't get told in the game.
I love your theories!
Pez is Dave confirmed.
These theories are what make FFXV a tour de force of occult storytelling.
Peasant! Take a look at this theory about Anglegard!
Angelgard could be a kind of place where Ardyn was sealed for the first time before the astrals started their sleeping period. Today, watching again this place in detail in the video below I can think of that theory to be true:
Titan: Maybe the whole island and its special form because of some collision? also the prison section is a big rock
Shiva: There is some kind of ice structure sealing the place from the top, with a very similar shape as classic shivas ice diamond attacks
Bahamut: The prison is surrounded by his swords maybe, they remind me a lot of the ones he uses in the final chapter fighting Ifrit
Leviathan: Its an island, maybe it was surrounded by aggressive currents or due too its eroded form on the sides in some kind of circular pattern , a giant water swirl or whirlwind (My English is not very good, im triying to say a kind of water tornado around) was always around the island
Ramuh: Maybe a permanent storm around the island, using the swords of bahamut as conductors to imprison Ardyn in a permanent thunder storm
What do you think?
Here is the link: th-cam.com/video/-dgnezk1Kio/w-d-xo.html
I love the video, but small nitpick: the pronunciation of Quetzalcoatl, maybe it's a British thing or something else but it's pronounced Ket-Zel-Coh-Ah-tel.
32:14 "A fantasy based on reality"? *:D*
