This house has ME written all over it. Omg !!!! , such a cute, cozy little home. I love everything about this place. Especially the porches and the absolute comfort of the interior. Beautiful outside design too. WOW.
Wow. This one is just about perfect. The only real change I would make would be to bump the front bedroom out even with the front door wall and place the laundry (stacked washer and dryer) either between or in the master suite closet ~ and include the laundry space with the pantry. Having the laundry right in the closet makes life so much easier for me personally.
Thanks for the grand tour! Love this type of home, but recently moved into a two bedroom, one bath cottage that is attached between a 19th century carriage house and Victorian house built in 1870, similar in design to this!. These homes are much more beautiful than the huge trophy homes that are being built today esp ones that have 16-24 bathrooms! Way to caveronous in feeling for me! "Less is more"! imho
Perfect retirement house for 2 people..but enough room for a small family gathering .luv the porches...can be outside and enjoy nature....but can be snuggly in winter.
This is absolutely a darlin house. I especially love the two porches, mostly the back one, I really love it when a porch wraps around the corner of a house that adds such character to the home as well as practicality for outdoor living. I love the fact there's a door leading out to a porch from the master bedroom in this particular plan, but for me, I would add that too my addition of the much larger master suite. That second bedroom which had no closet in that actual room but was in the hall, I would turn that closet into a much needed hall closet. I would add one to that second bedroom during any additions making that room a bit larger, to the actual structure. Also, I love all the stone work both on the inside as well as the outside. I do love all the farmhouse doors on the inside areas, though, I believe your company mostly designs for tiny home living, but I would most differently add on a 3rd bedroom mater suit using this basic design with a few modifications. Like adding two large walk-in closets that would accommodate his and her garments. One closet could house all of the couples, big bulky coast/jacket, boots etc, you know all winter attire. The other closet for regular summertime clothing and shoes. One closet placement in the bathroom, and the other in the master itself, so that would free up wall space in the actual master bedroom for wall hangings. I would also add on to the kitchen with a great deal more upper and lower cabinets providing that extra needed storeage for my needs and taste. Also, a nice large walk-in pantry that could also house a chest freezer, also enlarging the laundry area to a walk-in with a utility sink as well. I absolutely do love the look of this design with the beautiful exposed beams at the porch entrance, and like I've mentioned, all the natural stone work is absolutely gorgeous but with a few additional tweeks, it would be perfect for my needs. This actual 2bd, 2ba plan would make an absolute perfect home for a young couple just starting out or an elderly widow or even a single person. Overall, what a fantastic looking home! Adding on, though, would make a much more liveable space for a couple with or without children!
WOW, whoever the Architect and Rendering artist/Designer are sure has good talent. Beautiful colors, materials, beautiful designs, and ideas, omg, such talent to put these picture perfect homes all together in one nice package. these are all picture perfect homes. I know they put together the interior designs with all the nice furniture, cubbies, etc, everything is in the perfect place, very warm, inviting, and comfortable to the hilt !!!!! Just sell the houses as is with all the furnishings, brick-a-brack, etc.... I lover EVERYTHING about this model. Soooooo, HOW MUCH DOES IT ALL COST??????
Wow so wonderful love those bathrooms and the extended living areas off of the porch…the fact that it is nestled in such a serene location speaks volumes…thank you for sharing…
I like this rustic, cozy home. I would use a more spacious and enclosed means for entry storage (it’s a big deal for me LOL). That aside, I like virtually all your layout and design choices. Move-in ready! I could be very content and comfortable in this home!
This plan covers the basics. The bedrooms are tight for beds that size, the TV is at an uncomfortable viewing angle, and I thought that the barn door fad had passed, but those are things that could be corrected. Overall this is functional.
I'm in the uk and I so wish developers would build homes like this with these gorgeous american style porches to sit out in alk weathers, porches truly put a home intouch with the land. If I could build my own house here it would be this one with just one extra bedroom with an additional purpose built room for my crafting which you could add by moving the main bathroom over where the closet is to create an additional hallway and put that closet behind the bedroom along with another closet for the 3rd bedroom and the craft room could go behind the front bedroom.. and maybe I would add a full wrap around porch, as I absolutely love outdoor covered seating areas
You certainly delivered on the promise to "wow" me! This looks very much like the sort of homes I design. It's exciting to see other people create similar ones. And I'm very impressed with the rendering. May I ask what program you use?
Composition-wise, I agree, but so much was out of focus. I don’t know how that can even happen with modern photo equipment. Even an iPhone does better quality video than this.
I could live here in sheer bliss! Perfect for me! Love the rustic look. I would ditch the barn doors, however since one is not living in a barn.😊 How much is this house? I want to buy it. Thank you for any information.
The only thing is I want more clothes closet space for hanging clothes and folded clothes and for coats, blankets, bedspreads and linen, towels, so I would add on a room for all my stuff and boots, shoes, etc. I also, want a bathtub.
Beautfiul--however an 1131 square foot house (29'x39') is NOT a "tiny house" I raised four kids, with a dog and husband, in a 1125 square foot house in the 'burbs, and it was just a small post-WWII house. Maybe in America we call these small homes "tiny homes" now, because we are so used to the McMansions.

The stone and siding look of this home is really gorgeous!
Thank you!! 😊
29’x39’ is not small
30’x40 is large 😂
Oh wow, when you showed the 2nd bed/bath, with private door to back patio! I’m sold. Stunning.
Just. Wonderful. Perfection requires a basement for me...I need a cold room, a crafts room and a large storage area.
Same here.
Love this one, so cozy. Love the layout, kitchens in the back with a door to back porch, fantastic.
Thank you!! 😊
Love everything about it! Would it withstand hurricanes? I live in FL and do not need a basement, but in my state we need a solid home. Thoughts ?
@adeleferguson663 you would have to check with your local city building codes and permits.

The stone work in this house is fabulous.
Perfect retirement house for 2 people..but enough room for a small family gathering .luv the porches...can be outside and enjoy nature....but can be snuggly in winter.
This house has got everything and yet it's not overwhelming!
So nice to see floorboards and no wall to wall carpet. So easy to clean floorboards.

First time I loved a house that felt like it could be a home. Just something about this. Wow
BEAUTY AND CONFORTABLE SMALL HOUSE THANK YOU FOR THE VIDEO SALUTED FROM PUERTO CORTES HONDURAS
I like this rustic, cozy home. I would use a more spacious and enclosed means for entry storage (it’s a big deal for me LOL). That aside, I like virtually all your layout and design choices. Move-in ready! I could be very content and comfortable in this home!
Thank you!! 😊
Just put the same stone used on the outside & entry area all through the inside, & it’s gorgeous & perfect!
Stunning! There’s nothing I’d change about this small house. I’d even want the same decor.🧡
I love all the windows and doors and stone work. It’s so inviting and cozy.
Wow! This by far is my favourite. Do you sell the architectural drawings for your homes so they can be built?
y7

Thank you!! 😊
If only they could build homes this size for regular people instead of always building McMansions. Love these homes and videos. Thank you!
Ahhhh CGI life is so wonderful
Don't care for the barn door but at least everything isn't gray. Love the stone on the exterior.
The sliding barn doors/ pocket doors save space 👍
❤ Outside, The porch diffently as beautiful bonus space..I do love this one...
Stunningly beautiful! ❤

Theres not a single thing I dont love about this home..... And the property its on!...I could sit on that porch for hours everyday!
Would change a few things wouldn't have the door into the bedroom but all in all this is the best one I've ever seen
Yes. That door would have to go.
I would keep it in case front of the house catches fire. I don’t want to try finding front door with smoke and fire.
It feels like home❤
❤❤❤
Wow , excellent design for getting 1200 square feet ..that's perfect ...
Ready to move right in! ❤🤗
Love the layout and the Craftsman touches. One small thing, you've got a pocket door in the bathroom sliding inside a wall with plumbing in it
😂
Like the stone feature wall in Master bedroom.
You certainly delivered on the promise to "wow" me! This looks very much like the sort of homes I design. It's exciting to see other people create similar ones. And I'm very impressed with the rendering. May I ask what program you use?
Very well thought out floor plan. Beautiful, but probably as expensive as a 4 bed/2 bath 2 story with all the "extras" in it.
Beautiful I can picture it in a quiet wooded area with plenty of sunshine. A gas fireplace would be nice to the wood ones mess with my breathing.
Perfection!✌️
This is by far the best tiny home lay-out I've ever seen!!! I absolutely L❤VE it!!!!! Do you sell floor plans???
Beautiful. Love it. Perfect. 😊
This is the best one I’ve ever seen. Just beautiful. How much does this cost?
To build not including the property, I'd guess 175 to 250 per square foot. Depending on how well appointed you'd like it.
What beautiful home it’s perfect ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️👍
Charmant !!! J'adore 💕 !!!💚💚💚💚
I love this!
Beautiful house! The only thing I would change is having a big coat closet by the front door.
I’m in LOVE 😍 this is my perfect home ❤❤❤
Beautiful
Oh my gosh just wow
Beautiful. Love the stone work inside and outside. What type of stone is it inside? Love the colors as well.
👏🏻👏🏻👌🏻👌🏻♥️♥️🇿🇦🇿🇦This one ticks all the boxes!!
Absolutely lovely
Video was excellently done.
Composition-wise, I agree, but so much was out of focus. I don’t know how that can even happen with modern photo equipment. Even an iPhone does better quality video than this.
@@kennethyoder9766 The video was computer generated, it's not a real home.
@@c.a.martin3029 All the more reason why focus shouldn’t be poor.
@@kennethyoder9766 Ha! You have a good point there.
I love it!🏡
Very beautiful. I would have to have more storage, out of season clothing, cleaning supplies, etc.
I love the layout.
Love it! Beautiful and functional.
I love it! 😻
Nice. I like the exterior stone facade.
Nice floorplan 👍
I really like this place
❤❤❤
Beautiful home
I could live here in sheer bliss! Perfect for me! Love the rustic look. I would ditch the barn doors, however since one is not living in a barn.😊 How much is this house? I want to buy it. Thank you for any information.
Firstly the concept is fantastic, and you used a weird filter or the CGI/AI on this is really really good.
Lovely home 🌹🌿
Gorgeous✨
Awesome home, love it.
Love this one❤
Love this home.
Dryer needs to vent externally.
Love it
Wow love this
a couple thinkers, but probably needs some more space. Looks great from the outside.
Rumah ini sungguh cantik. Apakah kau memiliki desain rumah untuk 1 lantai ( one storey) dengan 3 kamar tidur, 2 kamar mandi?
Just perfect.
This is perfect
Oh my ,all of us single ladies out here, need one of these😊.
Single Mothers too! lol.. We need to shelter our children and make sure we are safe and secure.
No single dads 😆
@@dannythompson1057 🤣🫣🤷🏽♀️ it’s a yes to them in my book.
Truly lovely and practical.❤
❤❤❤
I want to build it tomorrow!!
wow i like this one
Perfect!
Gosh I I wish I had money for it❤
Beautiful home! I'm not fond of the "barn" style food. I like the "pocket" doors much more.
This layout is PERFECT!! How do I go about getting something like this built?
Very nice
Beautiful. Perfect for my parents when the get old
Love rock exterior
Note the many trees on property. Does the roof hold the weight of heavy snow. Can glass be shatter proof or double thickness for better insulation.
My kind of home 😅
Yeah, I could live here...
Nice floor plan, AI forgot utility room for furnace and water heater
Do you half to make a concrete pad for the house to sit on? What about hookups, water?
These homes are gorgeous, but if you live in an area with snow and ice, you need an attached garage.
The only thing is I want more clothes closet space for hanging clothes and folded clothes and for coats, blankets, bedspreads and linen, towels, so I would add on a room for all my stuff and boots, shoes, etc. I also, want a bathtub.
It's cool. But after reading the comments, I'm not sure many people realize this is a computer generated home (AI).
I notice in most of these the living room is tiny and the kitchen is huge. Flip that.
What good is this video without the price?
Beautfiul--however an 1131 square foot house (29'x39') is NOT a "tiny house" I raised four kids, with a dog and husband, in a 1125 square foot house in the 'burbs, and it was just a small post-WWII house. Would like to build this layout but realistically this plan is a bit too small.
So much potential but I am so tired of barn doors, they are over and done with.
