    It's incredible that after 14 and a half years, the situation in Nigeria is still impacted by the various factors involved. The nation is headed in a direction, to be sure.

      @onewayraildex4827 3 ปีที่แล้ว +101

      @@matthewmyers5255 If we are going to Nitpick lets do it right.
      An Exothermic reaction releases energy out, some of this energy it releases is perceived in the form of heat. An endothermic reaction absorbs energy and some of the energy it absorbs is perceived in the form of heat.
      Lechatlier's principle explains the idea of equilibrium. When you mix 2 reactants together to form a product, some of that product unmixes itself and turns back into reactants. You can mess around with the environment including temperature to change these 2 rates.
      Usually if you are in a decent school you would have a lab where you put a test tube with colored solution in cold water, see it is one color, then put it in hot water and see the color change to something else, then when you put it back into the cold water from the hot water, the color changes back.
      The color changes due to the product being one color and the reactants being another color.
      Foward and reverse reactions are entirely subjective to the goals of the scientist. If the scientist wants to make reactants from the product, then to the scientist, the product is not a product, but rather a reactant, making the reverse reaction the foward reaction.

      Agreed, but the situation is dynamic and the causes may not represent the actions that need to be taken now. The initial causes are really only part of the equation, and we really need to take potential emerging complications into account. There's just a huge amount of uncertainty here.

    • @niklashansen5432

      I don´t agree at all, Mack. The uncertainty is caused by the formerly mentioned presupposed actions. Before we speculate about actions that may or may not need to be taken, we need to consider the potential market fluxuations before we deal with intitial assessment.

It doesn't matter what initially caused the thing that led to this other thing. It's the here and now that we need to focus our attention on. We need to establish institutions and plans into place that will further the quality of life for the people and not the wealthy 1%.

    This is certainly a fascinating and difficult topic. I'm glad they discussed all the issues, and overlooked the cultures, even though that's not necessarily tied directly to the factors at play. It's with utmost certainty that we continue to understand the states of these countries, Nigeria and Niger, which are, naturally, separate and different countries.
