  • We kicked off our tour of #Italy with the global capital of style and fashion, #Milan. Watch as we go on a culinary adventure in the land of pasta, pizza and Aperol Spritz and give you our #bestpicks for where to go if you're saving the pennies.
    Links to our recommendations:
    - Definitely go on a Free Walking Tour. You get to see so much of the city and learn about the history and culture from a local. We went with www.walkabouttours.eu/en/tour... and got an amazing tour from Marco
    - Pizza: 100% go to PIZ. It's just off the Duomo so really easy to find. Classic pizzas served at at a really affordable rate.

    - Gelato: We stumbled upon LINZI on our way down to the Navigli. The owner was super pleasant and the gelato was to die for.

Light Lunch: Please Please Please don't miss out on LUINI. There may be a queue, but it is so worth waiting for these Panzerotti. At a bit over a Euro a pop, they are delicious and worth coming back every day for!

BONUS Fast Food Option: #JOLLIBEE. Hands down the best fast food chicken I have had outside of S.Korea. Don't even @ me. There needs to be more of these in the world.

Pasta: Pasta Fresca was one of the my favourite dishes this entire trip. They're only open for lunch, but they serve amazing fresh pasta and are well worth making the trip over for. Just down the road from the 'Last Supper', you will want to make sure your first supper here isn't your last supper here as it is well worth going back to

Hello! Just found your channel and am very interested! I was in Rome in 2015 for 5 days and I wish I could have gone to other cities. I’ve never heard of a panzerotti but I’m intrigued :) I’m looking forward to your other videos, thank you!

Hi Christina! Thanks for your encouragement, it’s great to hear you are enjoying our videos. We feel very lucky to be able to explore Italy at the moment, it’s such a beautiful country. Did you enjoy Rome?! We are editing a Rome video right now so keep an eye out for that! :)

Dan and Abby I enjoyed Rome very much and would love to go back. In preparation I took Italian classes for 3 semesters so I could at least get by and the people were so welcoming! We were able to take private tours we otherwise wouldn’t have been able to because of the language barrier. It was wonderful to see so much history and we even were able to see the Pope say Mass on Sunday out in St Peter’s Square. Looking forward to your video!
