Those work out movements look challenging I'm 56 years old as I get older my body sometimes tells me not over do it because of joint pain so I just drop the weight and increase the reps and I just modify some movements thanks Josh for the continued videos.
People need to stretch the older they get. Get into yoga I'm telling you it's amazing. The body aches because it's stagnant. When I dont stretch or exercise I get tight and ache. Just my 2 cents.
