Pretty fun little homemade chopper! The seat has definitely got to go. Lol

You can tell it originally had rear pegs, front pegs didn't get popular until later. Cool build!
I Love those go karts in the back man we need more content with them. Where do people find those frames from?
Carb, flywheel, coil, valve springs, torque converter and a good health plan.
Gold big chop metalflake paint, silver/white metalflake diamond pattern seat, diamond gas tank.

Big block electric start make a cruiser! Big wheel on the front.
weld on new tabs on the rear 12" pitbike wheels , disc brakes , street tires , 470cc bigblock with a cvt
Cut that rake down a foot, add a bigger front tire. That thing way too small. Then put a predator ghost on there. Add a disc brake, and put on a normal seat, you got yourself a contender!

I noticed on the 79/99 cc engines that the governor kicks in right as you hit the power band.
Of coarse you should add more power..lol. That thing looks awesome and the brake definitely needs to be more foreword.
I think it needs 8 or 10 inch wheels and a predator 212cc engine! I cant wait to see what you come up with. ✌🎥🇺🇸

Cool bike, yes add more power. Excellent candidate for the electric conversion and taller tires. Is it safe to install a disc brake on the front and rear? Solid content!

Ok i think you should make a Springer front end with taller tire. Nibbi carb, and chain tending device.
I Would put a Tillotson 212 , Stage one, You may not want to go any faster on that thing. Until you get better breaks.
Is there a big Hole in your state you can throw that thing into? Joking but I think you might be able to take parts off it to build the worlds smallest minibike!

How about seeing if you can fit your qs138 system onto that frame. Its a longer frame so you might have an even quicker bike off the line.

I think what you should do next, Measure for trail, after larger wheels added, before you add any more speed capabilities. a heightened awareness of Upcoming Foreign objects is a plus with a chopper. ✌️
Trail needs some adjustment for sure.
I don't think people that ride choppers care about trail lol how could you ever get proper trail with something like this
My neighbor has a homemade harley chopper with 6 ft long forks, with the proper trail he rides one handed and other hand on the suicide shifter while going over bumps and turns. It's all in the proper geometry which is not difficult to measure and set up.@@contraband1543

Better be careful hitting bumps with all the leverage of that front end acting on the frame. Applied lever polar moment of inertia, or something like that.....
I think you should work on the looks of it. Besides the forks that thing is fugly

I use a Dragy pewrformance meter for 0 to 30 and top speed. I also use digiHUD on the phone for top speed.
